Where to began.... First Ill start as a former employee. Everyone in this store aside from a few bad eggs, are extremely friendly. From all levels. But those few bad eggs ruined my experience. The store manager is out of touch with associates and customers. He talks to you like you arent someone who is helping him make his 6 figure bonus. He expects everything done before noon despite giving the entire store close to 70 tasks, or notes as they call them, to complete. This is in a 5 hour time frame. He would give people who arent certified to operate machinery notes that are impossible without said operators license, so wed have too go get one of the very few licensed operators in the store and pull then away from whatever note they were working on, causing a bad lack of efficiency (a pattern that is often associated with the upper management level). I loved working here because of all the friends I made and people i met. It opened Seguin up to me which was hard because I just started living here 9 months ago. But upper management has ruined it for me and I do not want to even go there anymore. This leads to my review as a customer. Its bad. Really bad. Lines are insultingly long, and management very rarely helps out the regular associates or lower management level associates leading to a mad associate and rude actions and tendencies to the customer. Items are scattered everywhere. The lack of staffing and management assisting on the sales floor causes the zone to often look ravaged. Prices are usually hard to tell as well being that the tags are always missing or in the wrong place. The worst thing is the lack of care taken into maintaining the place. With the maintenance crew usually doing a ridiculous note, and a lot of the times neglect, a lot of the store is dirty. The fish tank is horrendous. DO NOT BUY LIVE FISH from here. Its rarely taken care of because the last associate retired and the Dept head is usually doing a ridiculous note on the other side of the store in his other dept. This leads to dead fish often being left in the tank for long periods of time. All in all its like any other Walmart except very misorganized. 2 out of 5 as an employee and customer. Never again.

ABOUT DA VI NAIL SALON!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could leave no stars, I would. My nails were too thick & I asked for black & white with red blood splatter for a Halloween nail art. I got navy, thick & uneven nails, with no art because the nail tech wasnt able to do it. After waiting two hours for my service to finish (there was only one technician working that Monday) I was ready to leave. The next day I came back to see what could be done about the mistakes & get my money back since I didnt get what I paid for, & was told I couldnt get my money back because I got what I asked for because no matter what color I pick, it will look different in the sun & it was "normal nail" to have a thick & uneven set. Its not normal whatsoever. The staff was extremely rude when I asked if there was anyone else I could call & said "no, you already talked to me. If you dont like it, dont come back." Trust me, IM NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Employees need more training on customer service.the door greeters think everybody who is not white or eldely is a shoplifter.employees that have been working there for years still dont know what items are sold and where they are located.and they always have lines full of people with a shortage of lanes open.customer service reps think everything returned without a reciept is stolen when in reality its their family and friends stealing and they doing the returns for them.wanna be undercover cops following people around..next time i catch one following me I will call 911 and say this person is walking around stalking me making sexual advances.

The staff seem preoccupied. Some are helpful. Either mismanaged or the community has something to do with its below average quality when compared to other small town Walmart stores. The fact that the store is always "busy" with long lines is sign this town needs a Target or any other option. I have seen plenty of people give up and walk out including myself when waiting for an unreasonable amount of time? Another local store like a Target with a little higher priced would definitely balance this out.

If you need help with anything your pretty much screwed because either you cant find an employee or the employee who has the keys to open a case wont come for 40+ mins. This Walmart is the worst one Ive ever been to when it comes to needing help from an employee. One employee even said Ill be right with you I just need to tell my manager something Ill be back real quick I waited 30 mins and decided to leave and thats where I saw him waiting outside smoking.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this small town Walmart is. Great selection and we always leave with a ton of groceries for such a low price. Weve never waited long in lines. Even once had an employee who opened a line just for us when i thought wed be stuck behind someone with alot of groceries. Also, my boyfriend is obsessed with their freshly cooked rotisserie chicken so im sure well never change to another supermarket.

It is posted in the price match policy that a customer does NOT have to have the physical ad for a price match. Apparently not so at THIS store. If I wouldve immediately brought the ad back in they would have matched, but since I have children and couldnt and waited till the next day (less than 24 hours) they refuse to honor it. This customer service is terrible and apparently make up whatever rules they want.

Do not go to Wal-Mart late. You have to use the self checkout. Only an assistant at self check. Every machine had to have help and I had to get help twice. A 10 min. check out turned into20 and very frustrated. I will never shop late at Wal-Mart again. I will wait til HEB opens next day. Was bad enough when there was one checker and10 people in line. Tired of non service.

Not the nicest Walmart Ive been to as far as organization & cleanliness. Its Walmart though, what do you want? Go during a weekday if you can... evenings and weekends are super busy & handicap parking is always full. They currently have a better selection of gluten-free foods than the other big grocer in town, I definitely love that.

Customer sevice here in seguin is horrible..no one seems to know anything once you do finally get someone to help you. From.this day forward I refuse to walk into this store again. I will be contacting the main branch also and let them be aware of the totally dusrespect of almost all employees here.

Your better off going to h.e.b Or Arlans...Support your local businesses Walmart is actually so much more expensive And as a former employee I seen the way the managers treat employees and treat customers like they are retarded theres some illegal underhanded stuff going on here thats for sure

I called the store and they answered and when I asked if they were open they hung up on me and when I called back again they picked up the phone and did not say anything for a time then hung up on. Me again. There needs to be some one to take charge down there and fire those rude ASS HOLES!!!
