My wife and I visited, looking for a mountable coat hanger. Ross stores are usually known for being kind of chaotic, appearance wise. This location wasnt that bad. They have large signs hanging above each section. I think the chaotic part usually is around the Home section. Items are just anywhere and everywhere. So, you have to want to search if youre looking for somethings specific. Its not really a big deal, though. You can find some great deals here a lot of the time, I think. Staff are friendly and helpful. They wont actively ask how youre doing, but are willing to help when you call them. Nothing but positive experiences here!

Love coming here when I go to Ulta or when I get bored. I have my favorite departments here that I Alwayz score gems in. But Im not gonna tell u which ones ;-). Each Ross gets a slightly different stock (idk based on demographics? Like some of them will have a ton of back to school stuff. And then others get none.) My sister taught me that. So the trick is learning which departments at which locations suite you. And then being willing to visit more than one location and/or not necessarily the one closest to your house. Happy Hunting :-)

After some years of these listed reviews with prime time shopping listed, and still the line backs down into the clothes! I asked if any other cashiers were available, the girl looked up from fiddling with clothes at the cash register and said she was off in 10 minutes and theres no one else available. Hows that for customer service? Maybe a refresher course is a good idea. How about put the clothes down and help your store make some money? I give up too!

I am giving up on this store. I like Ross but the line at the checkout is always super long and very frustrating. Today, I waited forever in line behind 20 people. Only 2 registers open and 1 of them was for customer returns. I cant tell you how many times I have run out of time in this store and had to put my stuff down and leave. Not anymore for me. There are other places to find good deals.

I LOVE THIS STORE. Literally they have almost every single item I need. Clothes, swimsuits, pajamas, house stuff, kitchen stuff, art, shoes, chocolates, bathroom products, beauty supplies, purses, EVERYTHING. And its all within a price that I dont mind paying!! TJ Maxx is too expensive for me because Im so used to Ross prices. TJ Maxx is better for mens clothes though.

Who doesnt love Ross? Everytime I take my boyfriend here we leave with so many clothes. Sometimes the plus size can be limited but I can always find a good top or pair of jeans. The workers are nice and friendly and the checkout line can be long but it moves quickly which is nice. I always get one of their reusable bags! They are huge and only 99 cents!

Its too bad that this store looks so bad cosmetically because there really are good deals to be found inside. Always a great place to hunt for rare gems that look great, but are just a season old. I collect soccer jerseys, and Ross is a great place to find ones that the leagues cant sell over the course of a year.

I appreciate the affordable prices and variety of merchandise available. However, and its probably something to expect during holidays, I was disappointed not finding the particular shoes and clothing items I was interested in my size. But as mentioned its probably the holidays and. not the lack of restocking.

I like that this location is a bit cleaner than the ones close to my house. PRO TIP buy kitchen stuff at ROSS. Ive bought some pretty rad knives from here in the past. The parking lot is pretty huge and there are a ton of other businesses near that you could walk to.
