My exprience with Posh Bridal was excellent! I know that previous reviews have said that the service is aweful however the manager saw this and hired a completely new and experienced staff. I can also speak to this because I went back in December to try on dresses and saw the bad service mentioned in previous comments but went back in May since I love their dress selection.These ladys know their dresses! My consultant was Lisa and she was awesome! She was so nice and listened to everything I was looking for in a dress and then started showing me dresses she thought I would like. In the end she saved the best dress for last and I love the Kitty Chen dress I purchased! They glamed me up and expiremented with what accesories I could wear it was an amazing experience. The manager, Gladys, was watching us the whole time to make sure I was being accomidated and only gave input at the very end of the fitting once I had picked my dress. They are also very Military friendly and will do Military discount for any brides in the military or who have spouses in the military. Please give this wedding dress store a try. Dispite the past reviews they have really improved their service and their staff.

This store was such a disappointment it really took away from my shopping experience as a bride. They have nice dresses but their quality of service is non exsistent. I walked in on a Monday started browsing through the dresses. I was never greeted. So after 15 minutes of seeing two sales associates walking by my mom and I as if we were not there we decided it was time to walk out. This store was not worth my time or my business and obviously their clients are not worth theirs. I understand if you were busy but to not greet a client with at least a Hello how are you doing we will be right with you???? When youre walking right by them that is dissapointing. I own my own business and I know customer service is everything. I hope the owners read this and it makes them aware that they are losing money and clients due to their employees not being properly trained. Especially in a bridal store that is a special day for any bride. Hopefully if you decide to shop there you have a better experience than I did.

Amazing customer service, amazing selection of TRENDY dresses, incredibly affordable, KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF!! Layaway plans available!!! I went in the shop on Sunday after visiting 6 other shops and having been super discouraged but after walking in there Vanessa greeted me and it was just amazing from the get go. Not knowing my dress size she knew just looking at me what would be best and absolutely works with your ideal colors and styles in mind. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this shop. It is by far the best shop I have ever gone to for any formal dress... to include my jr high/hghschool dresses. Posh Bridal, I feel other companies in El Paso could definitely learn a thing or two if they visited your store. I will forever recommend this store to others and will most definitely be back again for any further formal wear needs. Thank you so much!!!

I said YES to the dress at Posh! I purchased a beautiful Cosmobella gown! I decided to go to Posh after I went to Davids Bridal where I received horrible service. At Posh I was treated very nicely! Ivonne went above and beyond for me. She allowed me to try every style I wanted, she looked for veils that would look nice with what I was trying. She suggested shoes, and hair accessories. All the designs are beautiful and at excellent prices. Posh gave me the whole bridal experience. I bought my gown and veil that same day at an amazing price. My sister just got engaged also, and she is looking to purchase her gown at Posh too. Ask for Ivonne :)

I went in today for my appointment to look for a wedding dress and I was extremely impressed! We were greeted by the sale girls immediately and offered some water. The energy, attention, customer service and genuine excitement from the sales lady Diane helping me to find a dress made all the difference! I found my dream dress thanks to all the ladies! I also loved the suggestions and ideas that they had. I felt like they were genuinely excited to help me pick out a dress. Thank you Posh Bridal for making the experience such a great one!

I went in this store as a walk-in as it clearly says on their website walk-ins are welcome. When I entered the store I was immediately asked if I had an appointment and if I didnt that I could not be helped in any way. I asked if I could just walk around and see the dresses and was told no that they had no time to show me anything and that I needed to leave and make an appointment. I am the customer and should be treated as one I am the one who will be spending the money so their store associates should be treating us with respect.

The dresses were pretty, but when my sister in law and I went in for our appointment (that we made a week in advance) we were being rushed the entire time, and the quality of service was terrible! I wasnt allowed to look at any other dresses other than the ones they showed, and they were trying to get us out in UNDER and hour! We will be taking our business elsewhere!

I went to Posh Bridal to look for a prom dress and their staff was amazing! I ended up buying the dress and I couldnt be happier with their excellent customer service. I tried many other dress shops and I can truly say that they are the best in town. I would highly recommend them for anyone buying any gown for a special occasion.

Not a place for the bridal experience. Salesperson seriously needs to be prepared to make the time special for the bride. It should not feel like you are an imposition. Very thankful for the other bridal shops that ultimately made it a special day for my daughter. Truly disappointed.
