before going to this store i read up on some reviews, and as you see they werent very good, but i decided to go anyway cause a lot of the magazines say bridal novias carries their dresses. when i showed up i was greeted kindly, i told them that i was just looking and and the girl that helped explained how the dresses were by sizes and that they run small, then she let me look. i was pulling out dresses cause they are in bag and sometime difficult to appriciate but the girl would come and take it out of the bag to show me. Im a heavier woman and i really didnt feel too comfortable but she encouraged me to try seveal gown types and i did. I ended getting a gown that was gorgeous and made me feel beautiful. I saw several women that seemed to be happy with service just as i was, but i guess people dont time to write the good experiences, just the bad. This is why im taking the time to write this review... i took the time to read a negative review and went in discouraged but found that it was the complete opposite. they offer great service, very attentive and even though i gave up on finding a dress they didnt give up on me. I highly recommed this place, stop by and find out for yourself, cause i had an awesome experience buying my wedding dress.

I bought my daughters Quince dress at this store. after the dress arrived and my daughter went to try it on, the sales person gave us about 10 minutes of her time and was in a hurry. I advised the sales person that the dress was short on my daughter and the tope shoulder area was big. all she said was that after they steam iron the dress it should be longer and to get my daughter a push up bra and that would fix the problem. I paid almost $1000 for my daughters dress and that was the BIGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. the dresses at Bridal Novias are over priced and services after youve paid for the dress is horrible. I called the store and spoke to the supervisor Claudia about the problem and advised her I needed to speak to the owner its been almost 1 month since my last call and I have not received any type of call from Elodia. I DONT RECOMEND THIS STORE to anyone, your event could be ruined by them and they could care less. HORRIBLE SERVICE, OVER PRICED GOWNS AND THE OWNER CAN CARE LESS. Went in was told to go ahead and start looking, someone would be with me shortly. Started looking at wedding dresses in bags but it was extremely difficult to try to pick one out in a bag because there was no way to tell what the dress really looked like in the bag. My sister asked if they had catalogs and was told there was none. I picked two dresses that looked somewhat okay in the bags. Of course as expected when I tried them on they looked completely different. Finally I did get helped but the sales person brought me dresses I wasnt interested in. I had to leave but I informed the sales person that there was a dress I had seen online, if she could quote me. With out saying it outright she refused to give me a price but said they would beat any competitors price. I dont feel like going back and feel it would be a waste of time. I felt that the dresses were over priced.

I went to the invitation place inside of Bridal Novias. When we got there, there was a person waiting for Tania to show up , she had an appointment at 11:00a and at 11:30 she was still nowhere to be found. I didnt really like anything but made an appointment with Tania for that friday afternoon because she was going to get new styles. I showed up on time for my appointment, and she was nowhere to be found. Someone from inside the shop came and told me she was gone for the day. He told me to give her a call to see when I could come back. I said absolutely not, she should be here and I am not rescheduling . He has the audacity to tell me shes has a lot of clients and shes busy, and could happen to anyone. I told him I was busy as well I had a wedding to plan and did not have time to deal with unprofessional people. Heres a hint get a calendar. I will never step foot in there again.

Had a bad experience when I went to pick up my dress, the associate that helped me (Lupita) was rushing me through the transaction and was not helping me with my questions, she finally asked another sales person to help me (Martha) I saw her leave to go help a new bride that was walking in the store I guess since I already bought my dress I was not of interest to her anymore. Disappointed On the other hand Martha was very nice and helpful, she is the associate that helped me when I first purchased my dress she made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with me in my time of stress. My Bridal dress purchase started very good because of Martha but ended bad because of Lupita. Some stores get bad reviews bacause of some of their associates but not all are ugly like Lupita, Managers should be more attentive to the customer service their staff is providing.

Store was nicely kept and clean. Looking for a formal gown, found one we loved, only it was missing a few rhinestones. Where the rhinestones had fallen off, the backings of the rhinestones had left black spots, which wasnt a huge deal, Im crafty enough to fix that. They discounted it after asking then during checkout offered to fix it for free. I took them up on the offer but was HUGELY dissappointed and beyond pissed after picking up the dress. Where there had been missing rhinestones, they glued on sequins in place. 2 VERY different things and very noticeable. So now I have to go pick off all the sequins and still glue on rhinestones. Thanks for the extra work and the VERY poor job. Love my dress, HATE store.

Went to Bridal Novias to pick out my wedding dress. The staff was very attentive, though they seemed a bit hurried. They helped me pick out a gorgeous dress and were able to ship it to me once I paid it off. Customer service could be a bit better, as I had to call multiple times and track down the sales representative who had helped me in order to get all the shipping information sorted out. Communication is also much easier if you speak Spanish. When I called in to make payments, I was often passed from one speaker to another to find someone who spoke English well enough to help me. Overall, their customer service could be better. But Im very satisfied with my experience and I love my dress.

My friend and I went to the evening gowns side of the store. The selection there was very limited and the staff was not very knowledgable about any of the dresses. After finally finding a few (hideous) dresses to try on, the staff was outside of our dressing room referring to us as GORDITAS. We knew they were speaking about us because apparently we were the only AMERICANAS (or so they say) in the store. Everyone can learn spanish so dont judge a book by its cover. We were later told about their layaway plan with the lady hinting at the fact that we probably dont have enough money to buy a dress in full. $400 really? Not everyone is on welfare. Racist, low class, trashy staff.
