I love DSW but this store Location is disgusting. Floors need to be vacuumed and the shoes are everywhere. This place wasnt even busy. I even mentioned wow this location needs to be maintained and the employee just gave a me a look. It also smells like dirty diaper and to my surprise a dirty diaper was outside the store trash can.

Staff is so unhelpful, just stand around and watch you shop. If you ask where a specific shoe is, you will probably find it faster than they do. If it wasnt for the great shoe selection and prices I would suggest Payless, because Payless has better customer service than this dsw!

Small for a DSW, not the selection you may be used to with your favorite DSW. Clearance items clearly marked, friendly staff. Dont expect any service but they will greet you. Well lit, good parking and the store is easy to spot. Very little inventory for Womens size 11.

If you think paying high prices mean you will be a rich looking person, you are wrong. Many of the brands sold here can be found cheaper at other places. Many times the price of a brand in a store is the reflection of the stores reputation thats all.
