DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I bought my son a pair of Nike Air Max 90 tennis shoes on Friday and they were falling apart at the seams by Monday. I took them back to the store on Tuesday and the staff refused to exchange the clearly DEFECTIVE shoes. I was told that they would need to talk to the owner and to come back the next day, which I did to no avail. I was told that they would not return the shoes because they would loose money. I asked "What about me, Im a working class mom who bought an expensive pair of shoes for my kid at your store and they fell apart in 3 days, so Im loosing money." The sales rep did not care. I try to support small, local businesses but it doesnt always pay to do so. I have bought shoes here in the past but will NEVER spend a dime at this place again. I ended up having to dispute the charges through my bank to get my money back and i didnt even want a refund originally only to exchange the defective product.

Shoes are great. We went in 2 days ago to get my boyfriend a pair he really liked. Second we stepped in the store the employees and the guard were sitting and talking very inappropriate about a woman. They were very disrespectful to her not knowing who she was customer or not, talking very sexual about her. Even my boyfriend felt uncomfortable. Any woman who respects herself would not go in here. Very unprofessional by all the staff. Made me think what else they talk about and by who if thy dont even care about doing this upfront of customers. Will not be back here and neither will my man. We rather go else where, farther even than be back here. We left without purchasing anything. No one even acknowledged us coming in to going out of the store not a single word.

Worst customer service ever. The people that work here are arrogant stuck up entitled assholes who think they are too good to help you. I called the store because I was disappointed with the shoes I received and the guy didnt even bother to provide good customer service regardless if he couldnt change anything. I worked in retail, and never would I ever treat customers the way I was treated here. The least he could have done was be nice about it. Thats how you keep customers coming. Definitely the last time Im shopping here.

Waste of freaking time. No good service as you walk through the door, no greeting or nothing. I walked right out.. I contacted the owner about this situation and he didnt even care. I contacted the Mayor which is a good friend of mine for many years now, and he said he would get back to me on this matter.

Really bad customer service. I walked in, dude just looked at me, then kept watching a football game on the television. I asked him if he could help me find a shoe in my size, and he made a smart *** joke. Their selection sucks. There are WAY better shoe stores elsewhere. This one needs to be closed.

Despite the bad reviews, I tried out this place. I was welcomed, I was asked for assistance and they got the size I needed in no time. My favorite part about these shoes is the Rubber Front and Back so you can slide shoes on with a good grip. Happy with my purchase.

DO NOT GO here unreliable service asked if they had a pair of shoes told me yes. I made an hour commit to the store and was told they didnt have the shoes. Employees disagring and saying different things. Dont ever go here unless you want to get ripped off.

Sometimes you can find a cool pair of shoes, but dont expect good customer service. The sales rep dont say anything to you when you walk in, nor when youre looking at their merchandise. I think their customer service is the worst in the industry.
