Maybe its the hot weather? I made a trip especially altered to get new shoes today. I knew the size, color, brand, etc. And just needed to get in and purchase. Store hours posted on the door said 10:00 am. I was a bit early so I went into WalMart next door. Got back to Payless at 10 am. Waited for store to open..... I was not the only customer waiting. 10 minutes went by, 15 minutes. One lady left. I Googled the store and called. Busy. Tried again and waited some more. I finally left. Management needs to rethink their staff. Sales were lost this morning and, as a business, more importantly, you lost this customer for good.

This payless is great, its always clean and has the best manager of any in town, also it is never crowded or busy and they will order your shoes just for you if you ask! Always a wonderful experience.
