Above and beyond is all I can say. I needed running shoes because I want to start running. I found the ideal pair and Famous Footwear had the best price BUT when I went back to get them my size was sold out. Not only were they over apologetic but they shipped the right size to me right away at no extra price. They also gave me a discount for my next purchase. Ive learned since the experience that Famous always offers to ship the right size if the store is out but I was still very pleased with the experience and the willingness of the worker to not even roll her eyes once as I explained why that shoe was perfect.

I am very confused is the check for refund is not received because the shoes I ordered on 19th May coz of not goods in stock.and other question is I paid in cash and was told to refund with check to a foreigner!which has been delayed for over three weeks!what happens to the Famous footwear store in bozeman? Its natural to a store some commodity are out of stores,but the customers service is problem!
