Ive NEVER had a problem with any Starbucks employee inside Barnes and noble. However, when I came to this location, I just wanted to leave and never come back. An older man that works there and I believe is the manager....was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and there was a misunderstanding, as to how I wanted it (hot or cold). When I got my coffee I asked my boyfriend, if he could please ask him (the manager) if I could get it cold, that I didnt ask for it hot. So he did and he flat out told my boyfriend "no, Im not going to change it" in a very rude manner and proceeded to say that I asked for it hot. Which was a flat out lie, because I never ask for my coffee hot. Im never one to complain but I just really couldnt believe how rude and obnoxious he was being. At other locations, whenever I dont get my coffee correctly, they happily change it, no questions asked. If he is indeed the manager, shame on whoever even considered him for that position. Hes terrible! and needs to take some classes on customer service!

Customer service was horrible, the sad part was they werent even busy but yet had plenty of employees walking around the floor doing nothing! Not once did someone ask us if we needed help, the store wasnt as organized as I thought it would be. I walked around for awhile trying to find someone to help me, I eventually found what I wanted, and the young lady that checked me out wasnt any better! After this experience I honestly wont be renewing my membership. Customer satisfaction is the reason why people stay loyal to stores, but there is NO excuse for their sorry customer service especially when theyre not even busy!

Considering I love reading. I LOVE the amount of categories they have on books even college test studying books which I need at the moment. They also have a kids section with great easy to read not so easy to tear by your kids books along with toys that teach your kids while they play. The day i went (2 days ago) i bought my 2 year old boy the sylvan learning pre k flashcards to teach him new words and sentences. He actually says them, im so proud. They have gameboards as well and last but absolutely not least. A STARBUCKS! im a starbucks fanatic so this is the perfect combo to make me give B&N a 5 star.

You know how normally you could find a free local entertainment paper in a city (in Atlanta the Creative Loafing). They didnt carry one (not even the Spanish one). There are actually several smaller papers in El Paso. Now, part of this is the fault of those papers not to work on their distribution, but... Barnes and Nobles is suppose to be the go to place. Youd think they could make a little effort to support local papers too... As a pro the staff was friendly. As a con, they struggled to find anything I asked for...

They gave me a discount on a book that was worn out a bit, really not that big of a deal but they still gave me the discount, I cant return it but I been looking for this book for a while. Everyone was nice and polite despite the store being packed. Store was clean n fresh as well. Love this location, this is the only Barnes and nobles I go to. Lovely workers.

Walking into barnes and nobles I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming "Hello". The associates were very helpful and willing to assist me with finding an item that I could not find myself. I did notice that there was not a single place to sit down to study. Other than that it was a great place to be at.

Besides the clerk trying to lie to me about not having a book that was listed on the website as IN STOCK, I had a wonderful time making sure I did not get her cold germs from her snot rag contaminating my book.. so glad it had a plastic wrapping

I love books, unfortunately small book stores around the area are almost none existing. This is my only option if want to get a release of a new book. The experience overeall is good but not the best.

Love this Barnes & Noble. Better than the west side. I can browse for hours, awesome selection of magazines. Always find what Im looking for. Not a fan of Starbucks anyway so not here for the coffee.
