I needed to get my engagement ring resized and a friend recommended William Noble and said their estate jewelry was worth the trip itself. She wasnt kidding. Everything on the walls (and they have case after case) is just delicious eye-candy...so fun to look at. The thing that has turned me into a loyal customer though is how friendly and kind they are. My fiance and I are in graduate school, and my ring is lovely but simple. I was honestly intimidated by the brilliance of the stuff they had, not to mention the fact that I had just come off a grueling all-nighter and looked like a drowned rat. I was bracing for an uncomfortable exchange, but I didnt get one funny look or awkward pause. Instead, they were warm and complimentary and took great care of me. I have been back twice now (once to pick up the ring, and once to have it polished) and they recognize me and my fiance and treat us like life-long customers. Which we will be. When we make enough money. ;)

Excellent in every aspect- This place has the top of the line everything. Im not sure if there are words to describe how impressed I am with everyone and every piece at William Noble Rare Jewels. Ive never seen such an impressive staff that is so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and courteous. They truly go above and beyond! They have great quality and such a wide variety of pieces. If by some chance they do not have what you are looking for, they will create a custom piece and make sure it’s perfect. When you buy something from them you become a part of their family- Thats all you really need to say. Very very impressed and they will be the jeweler we use for every special occasion.

If youre selling a diamond, be very very careful. While my diamond engagement ring is worth $20k to $22k retail, and $15k at a wholesale level, they offered me $5,000. Another reputable wholesaler offered me double that later today. Giggles and frowns followed while other dealers told stories of what William Noble Rare Jewels is doing. In my opinion, its just wise to know that formerly reputable companies can go down the wrong path. I wont ever do business here again.

The staff is amazing, always helpful and knowledgeable. If youre looking to treat yourself, or if you have a special day coming up, this is the place to go.
