When I found Diamond and Gold Warehouse through a Google search, I was surprised to see nothing but 5-star ratings and comments on the great service Max provided. My fiancee and I had started looking at rings at other places earlier, but I felt pressured to "buy today," even though I knew nothing about diamonds and rings, and I didnt know what I wanted to buy. One of the first things Max did was to provide us with a 20-minute-or-so education on diamonds. Talk about informative! He explained things in a manner that I could understand, and he answered every question we had--and all without any kind of sales pressure at all. We were completely at ease. It wasnt until after all of our questions were answered that we started looking at diamonds and rings. Max stressed the importance of staying within the budget we had decided on--he was NOT trying to "upsell" us. He told us what the best value was for our money, and he gave recommendations and his professional opinion on what looked best. Max had given us an hour-and-a-half of his time, but I wasnt ready to buy anything just yet. We picked out a few diamonds and rings, but when Max saw that I was still undecided about what I wanted to do, he refused to pressure me one way or the other. He told me to take my time, think about it, and look around the area. But he did tell me to make sure that I gave him a call before I purchased anything--because he knew he offered the best deal in town. I came back alone several weeks later. I was feeling apprehensive because I had changed my mind about the diamonds and the type of ring, and I was questioning my decision. Max listened to me and gave me more valuable advice and the reassurance I needed, so after looking at a few more diamonds and rings, I made my purchase and picked it up several days later. In my opinion, Max and the Diamond and Gold Warehouse deserve every 5-star rating they have received, and I gladly add my own. Maxs service was outstanding--among the best Ive ever received--and the Diamond and Gold Warehouse gave me a great value on my purchase. We also traded in some jewelry, and they gave us the highest price of any person or place that we visited. I recommend them without hesitation.

I cannot express how impressed I was with the service and product I received from Diamond and Gold Warehouse. Excellent service, excellent employees, excellent product! Before I get into my visit, I must say that you have to be open-minded. My husband was skeptical at first. Keep in mind that this establishment is a jewelry wholesale business. That is important. You should not expect to walk into an elaborate place with bright lights and large display cases that you would expect at a stereotypical jewelry store. What you will get are 1) individuals who are very educated in diamonds and who are willing to educate you, 2) personalized service that is not pushy or trying to get you to buy something that you dont like, 3) a reasonable price for quality products. We visited with Barry, the owner, and he took time to listen to what we were looking for and what our budget was and made suggestions that fit our budget (they have products that fit all price points... your product is based on your budget). Since I had already had an idea of what I wanted, it did not take long for me to make a selection. It would help to have an idea of what you like, however , if you do not I am sure that they would be happy to assist since he did take time to show me different products that he thought would interest me based on what I described. After less than a week, my ring was ready. They explained the work done and had me try it on to ensure I was happy with the ring. It really surpassed me and my husband’s expectations and at a reasonable price! Thank you Barry and the Diamond and Gold Warehouse team!

Hands down the best service I received shopping around for an engagement ring. Max was extremely helpful and did not push any sales, and didnt show me diamonds that were not in my price range like a lot of other stores. It was a no-pressure atmosphere and Max answered all of my questions. The custom ring I ended up with is absolutely amazing and my wife loves it. I stopped in initially with a pricerange and Max showed me what he had. He told me to check around and I did just that. No way I could have the diamond I chose anywhere near the price they were selling it for at any other store around. I also looked online at James Allen and Blue nile and Maxs prices were very competitive and I got to see the diamonds in person before spending my money. I stopped back by after checking around and I saw some diamonds on their website. I called ahead and Max made sure they were there for me to inspect when I arrived. Then we went over ring options and they made the ring. The turn around was less than a week and they kept me up to date on any questions I had. If you are in the market for diamonds do not hesitate to go and visit them. They will not disappoint and I will definitely be going back in the future. I want to thank Max and all the other staff that work there, you guys were very helpful and I enjoyed the no-stress atmosphere. My wife loves her ring and when people see it they always say "he must really love you". The price was great and thank you for taking the time to explain all the aspects that go into diamond pricing. I will be coming back in the future for more purchases.

I would like to leave the following review of my diamond engagement ring purchase: Both Barry and Annie were incredibly helpful and professional. I was introduced to Barry by my fiancés son. He had a similar situation and recommended Barry for the quality of the of the finished ring. Barry put my anxiety at ease by promising that the ring I wanted would be fabricated exactly as I wanted. I showed Barry a picture of a ring I had found at another jeweler. I was shown several loose diamonds and after selecting the center stone, the rest of the diamonds were selected. Barry was very informative and ensured I understood the 5 Cs as they pertained to my ring. After about an hour of discussion and selection, I made the decision to complete the transaction. I spent about $1000 less than I would have with the other jeweler. The CAD of the ring was drawn and looked great. Of course, CAD looks different than the final piece, but Barry assured me it would be "Perfect." He was absolutely correct! When I picked up my ring, it was exactly what I wanted made. The evidence was when I proposed to my fiancé and she said, "Yes!" What I didnt tell you is that she picked out this ring design from the other jeweler and expected this exact ring...She didnt know that I had it fabricated at the Diamond and Gold Warehouse until later when I told her...and she couldnt believe how beautiful the ring was/is. We are both ecstatic about the ring and completely recommend Barry and Annie for any ring you are wanting made. Thank you so much Barry. You kept your promise!
