Its a centrally located shopping center in the heart of Uptown...theres shops, restaurants and bars all in the vicinity. During the week or daytime is probably your best bet to come out here to explore. Plus theres a huge free parking garage on the side that works out great if youre out there on a Saturday night seeing as the whole area is a nightmare to park on the weekends.
