Stayed 2 nights, Feb 28-29, 2012. I will give you some background because you may feel Im being too picky. And maybe I am, but you should know that my mindset from the onset was not favorable. I arrived very late - 1230a - front desk clerk helpful enough. Maybe Im spoiled, but no "pantry" like HGI or Courtyard. Best she could offer was vending machine. Oh well, not huge, I guess. Get to my room, key will not work. Walk all the way back from 4th floor. Another guest having the same problem, at least not just me. Clerk apologized, fixed it. OK, try again. Worked the 2nd time. But in the room, the main lamp is unplugged, as it the TV set! WTF? So I stumble to bedside lamp to get some light and fix it myself. Tried to use wi-fi AND hard-wire LAN cable for quick email sync. But nothing I tried worked - front desk clerk apologized, but had no clue what to do, so used smartphone. Whats the point of internet access if its not working? Finally, in the morning, it seems awfully loud outside my room. Turns out, the door is warped and does not fully seal, so theres a 1/2" gap along the door, near the floor. (HI staff: Room 405 - go check it out for yourselves!) No wonder it was so loud. Now you know that Im perhaps being a little petty .. but the hotel sure didnt do anything to turn things around for me. Pros: Great selection of cable TV channels - including golf channel, yes!! Room was clean. Was quiet until about 6:30a when guests were walking and talking in hallway. (No noise sneaked through walls.) Cons: Staff was not rude, but certainly not going out of their way to help. Get the freaking rooms keys programmed right the first time! Nothing is more irritating than having to walk back down to the front desk! Mattress needs to be updated, way too saggy. Please fix the door so its not warped - could not use deadbolt. And please get internet access fixed. Honestly, Ill try someplace else before going back here next time Im in the area.

I do about 280 a nights a year in hotels - a lot of it here in Frisco. Ive stayed at most of the hotels in this area in this price range. Pluses: newer hotel, decent size TVs, 24 hour outdoor pool, very fast WiFi. So fast in fact that its pretty much the only reason I stay here - the other major hotels here (Hilton & Marriott brands) are capped at about 65k). Minuses: the staff is terrible. They will not read any special requests you list on your reservations, the couldnt tell me where the stairs were (I kid you not, the moron at the desk literally told me "we dont have any stairs" in this 5-floor hotel). Soap dispenser in guest laundry is broken - no way to buy any. No change maker in laundry - and the front desk had all of $3 in quarters available. "Sorry" she says to the angry man with $10 of laundry to wash who now has to make a second trip out of the hotel to use the convenient hotel guest laundry. The attached restaurant offers a limited menu and the food is OK...but it is VERY slow for breakfast (no buffet) so plan ahead. In short, if you are willing to put up with laughably inept service in exchange for legit web speed, this is the place for you. If not, well I can see 6 hotels out the window, all of them offering a better stay with terrible internet speed.

This hotel its just impressive, since you get into the lobby the first thing you notice its this huge chandelier and a lovely warm feeling, great scent too. The rooms are just impressive, it doesnt seem like a hotel. All the furniture its lovely, you get a fridge on the room and a big LCD screen. Tall beds with goose down comforter. You also get a big desk to work in, a data port and the the Wi-Fi is very fast. the baths are very also impressive, granite counter tops and also in the bath tub walls with that spa-like shower. And dont worry of you missed getting your razor or toothbrush, the front desk will get you one for free. So many details that i probable will miss some of them. Very friendly staff. And very close to shopping centers and the Stonebrair mall. ill give it a 4.8/5. And definite will stay in this hotel as i get back to Frisco.

We ate at Voodoo BBQ which is located inthis plaza. There are many shops, ample parking, and the food was great. The loaded baked potato they have are baked daily and somehow the cheese is the whole way through the potato, not just on top. Brisket was juicy, well seasoned, and the ribs were fabulous. Casual atmosphere. Seemed to be very popular with the local lunch crowd but staff handled it very well.

Lots of parking. This place is always full of people. Watch out for people who dont stop at the stop signs. People run them all the time! The people who shop here are amongst the middle class who think they have tons of money, but really are surrounded by debt. People tend to drive like a bunch of idiots. People will also not look before crossing the street into the parking lot. Be careful.

This place is huge and has almost all kinds of variety in terms of food and clothing type. The variety is enormous. I have been different parts of us but never found a place like this which has almost all sorts of stores. What ever you need to buy I am 99.99% sure you will get it from this place. Also during christmas time this is the place to go for shopping.

Seriously, the BEST of everything. Their meats, especially the Lamb is premium in quality. We have always been well please with what we purchase. We travel from Forney to this store because of the selection and quality of everything in this store location.

It is your standard suburban sprawl of the usual suspects. Just bigger and perhaps newer than average so it gets a cleaner look. If you are o the prowl for one of the standard cookie cutter stores or restaurants of American suburbia, you will be happy.
