Very rude, race baiting employees. I walked into the store and right away an employee was giving me the evil eye like if i was some thug looking to steal. i was looking for a particular suit that i had seen a week ago at north parks h&m but i sadly could not find it at this one. i immediately found another suit that wasnt what i wanted but it was the best that they had. I walk over to the mens fitting room and two employees pass me, i waited to be helped for a couple of minutes before i stopped one of the employees and asked him "excuse me can i get a fitting room?" he then says "oh our fitting rooms are closed, you have to go to the other one" i asked him "ok where is it at ?" and he mindlessly points to a wall. So i waited there for nothing... Then i walk over to the womens fitting room and the person working the fitting room told me i had to wait... i waited in front of him, in his eyesight and then he suddenly starts letting other women and men in the fitting rooms with no problem even though i was there first. He then asks me "how many?" i said i had 4, the blazer, the slacks, and 2 shirts. he then grabs the clothes out of my hand and sets them in the fitting room for me...He didnt do this to the other women and men that received a fitting room only difference between me and those people was that they had white skin and i did not.. i normally dont feel like a victim especially when it comes to race but this store made me feel so unwanted. As soon as the employee yanked away my clothes and walked it over to the room, i immediately turned around and walked out of that store.. Disgusting behavior

We went to willow bend for shopping and we ate at the food court and I went to toilet to use it, it was around 9:05 PM, when we heard the bell I told my Wife we better use first the toilet...in my dismay the cleaners (latino)when she saw me, I am coming she close it...I thought she is just going to clean it in a hurry cause she saw me, she will let me use it but I keep waiting and ask her to open it for me, she ignore me...I told them I am sweating and want to use it but they ignore me and there is a lady (latino) told me that it is already close but I said there is somebody inside of it and it is hard for me to drive and need to use the toilet...they ignore me...My son also came and wants to use the toilet and the guard came and he told me what i am doing is not right, I told him that Ive been there for long waiting to open the toilet, he said I lied and told me why i am shouting, I said no i did not Lie or shouting it is because I am in a hurry to pee and my son, too and I just need the toilet. Time pass I keep waiting and the guard told me to use the employees toilet, I am very grateful...But this is the worst experience Ive got in the shopping mall...They close it 9:00 PM and they did not let the customer use it, even we are still inside of the mall, they do not care to us...it is the worst mall in America...They close the toilet first before the gate. WORST. we will not go there anymore.

I wish I could review the Skechers store with 0 stars! Both managers, Alexis and the African American man were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My family and I walked in this store for the first and LAST TIME, and Alexis yelled at us from the counter that the store was closed. We started to walk out when she rudely yelled "The mall closes at 6" from the counter. I turned around and said how unprofessional it was to talk back and yell at a customer. She was currently helping another customer so I asked for the manager and she raised her hand and said "Im the manager and so is he (pointing at the man), and my job is to tell you that the mall is closed.". I honestly couldnt continue to try to reason with her. I couldnt believe she was talking to me in a rude tone and in front of another customer! The customer was nicer than they were put together! Then, my husband got insulted by the man when he tried to make them understand how disrespectful it was to continue to talk about me and insult me when I was walking out for the second time! Then, the man put his hand in front of my husbands face! What kind of service is that?! We had our kids with us so we walked out and WILL NEVER BE BACK! Too bad they are giving Sketchers a bad rep.

Not the mall what it once was since the Saks 5th pulled out, but still a very classy mall with plenty of rich folk around. Very nice walking mall with your typical semi-bourgeois stores (Allen Edmonds, Neiman Marcus, Brooks Brothers, Zales), but then youve also got some weird funky stores (Bongs Tailor, Bohemian Chic). Unfortunately, there are also a lot of empty lots in the mall as well that arent full of either kind of store, which is a lingering symptom of the recession. The Shops also have a fair amount furniture stores that I personally like walking through too. I dont know if I would buy anything from them, but there are some pretty cool room sets to draw inspiration from. I personally like this mall more than Stonebriar up the road because its quieter and not so full. Plus, its just a nicer looking mall (although both look pretty nice, admittedly) with a great enter point. All in all, The Shops at Willow Bend embody the neighborhood its in: Nice cars and pretty people with money -- thats West Plano for ya.

This mall is awesome! They have something for everyone! Kids play area, connection court for the business men, great food options and all its amazing shops!! I love the events they host, Summer Fun Thursday for kids, Concerts in the Courtyard for adults and their holiday events are great as well! i love that it isnt crowded and they have a lot of stores to pick from, I dont get why people say it is "more expensive" they have Forever 21 and H&M, Macys, Lids, Gymboree, Foot Locker. I dont see how those are expensive, they are the same price as other malls. Yes they do have Vineyard Vines and Brooks Brothers but no other mall offers these great stores! They are also getting a Boston Proper! So excited for that! Also the Concierge service there is great, my mother needed a cart to her car and I just called them up and they had one waiting for us when we arrived! Yes I am an avid Willow Bender!

Great place to shop! Love the unique boutiques, specialty stores and restaurants it sets them apart from the cookie cutter malls in DFW. They offer FREE admission to sit and visit with the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause and it’s never crowded and you don’t have to stand in long lines to pay. Plus, they always have some cool FREE crafts for the kids or goodie bags during the holidays. The concierge’s office is super friendly if you need help finding a store they will even go out of their way to take you there. FREE GIFT wrapping during Christmas and Valentines.
