A very nice strip mall. It has a very nice Signature Kroger that is much nicer than any local store in Irving. I drive the extra 2 miles here in lieu of my neighborhood Kroger. There is a large amount of food retailers here, such as Corner Bakery, Masala Wok, Freebirds, iFratelli Restaurant, and Texadelphia. It also has a Target, Michaels, Half Price Books and Payless Shoes among many others. You can pretty much hit all your needs here.

Awesome shopping center with someone for just about everyone. Theres a recently rennovated super nice Kroger, Bath and Body works, Half Price Books, and Ulta beauty to name a few. The TJ Max is particularly well organized if youre a bargain fashion shopper. The Ross is a good location too and open late for busy people and night owls 12am closing is pretty nice.

Easy access to shopping center for someone thats blind or visible in paired. There is a Krogers, Target, Bath & body, Restaurants all different types, Banks, Urgent Care, Dentist, Walmart, Gap, Pier One, Seas Candy, Layne Bryant, lots of other medical center, Metro PCS, T-Mobile, easy access to 401 bus to the North Lake College Station and lots more.

Stores include TJ Max, Kroger, Target, Michaels, Ulta among many others and Chase. It is at the corner of MacArthur and 635 (between 635 and 161). There are shopping centers on three of the four corners. Great shipping center. There is also a Kroger gas station in this center.

Small and need more water on the grass and better maintenance and more things built for shaded seating. Needs flowers and other things to justify brewing a park. Has potential. Employ me to design and make this field in to something.

I am able to enter any store without having to go through another store. I am allowed to shop on my terms (ie: how long, where, etc.). Each store has a knowledgeable staff, yet I still feel in control of the experience.

Very good customer service. Had to open a bank account for my son (a 16 year old US citizen who grew up in India) as part of his admission process to UT, Austin. Was helped by one Ms. Susie H Barnett very well.

Its a small open field next to busy MacArthur Blvd. There is some play equipment that is located away from the road. Surrounded by residential area. Pokemon Gym located on edge of park with two Poké stops.

The Kroger here is huge and looks and feels more like a Walmart, which I guess could be a plus or minus depending on your taste. Other stores like Ross, Home Goods, and TJ Maxx are pretty good though.

There are many new restaurants in the complex, such as Kumars Mess, a mess style indian restaurant. Tom Thumb also has great pricinh, so it is a one stop dining and shopping place.
