It is amazing to me how places of business can operate with such incompetent, rude, obnoxious and obviously very uneducated personnel who dont know the first thing about business. This place needs to be shut down as there are people unknowingly going to conduct business with these peons who have no idea what they are getting into....My husband bought a Ryobi Drill and Saw Set which stated on the package that it contained two batteries but there was only one battery in it. My husband told them it contained only one battery and that he needed another battery as that is what it stated, but they did not assist whatsoever and accused him of lying saying he took the battery of which he did not. He then told them he wanted his money back, but they said there was no refunds ...Is this really how customer service is conducted over a battery? I think it takes real idiots to compromise their business over not satisfying a customer over a simple battery. They also laughed and joked around about it thinking it was funny and this is also a ludicrous way to conduct business. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PAWN SHOP!!!!! THEY ARE DECEIVING...VERY NICE WHEN WANTING TO GET YOUR MONEY BUT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE RUDE AS HELL AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!! There are many other pawns shops in the area so please save yourself and stay away from this one.....A short hispanic kid (very young) and a man with gray hair and grey mustache are the culprits and are doing business in a very unethical and very non-acceptable way who need to be shut down. I WILL MAKE SURE I POST ON EVERY MAJOR SITE I CAN AS WELL AS MINOR ONES SO THAT THE WORD GETS OUT ABOUT THIS PIECE OF CRAP PLACE WITH STORE OWNERS WHO DONT KNOW THEIR () FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND!!!! THE INTERNET IS POWERFUL AND I WILL MAKE SURE IT IS ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE ON THE INTERNET... SO PLEASE TAKE A WORD OF ADVICE AND DONT STEP IN THEIR DOOR....YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!.

So I genuinely liked this place that is before the wonderful gentleman behind the counter decides to have the audacity to say I was wasting his time for five bucks. First of all its about the customer support you should be giving not the amount of money a person is spending. Secondly I go I mean used to go in there at least twice a week to purchases Blu-rays from yall spending at up to 100 a month there for the past three months... Why do you sell things for under five dollars if my offer just to merely help me with something that you didnt have to put any effort into whatsoever and you could have still took care of the other customers while I messed with the TV menu options. Last time I checked it doesnt take two people to screw in a light bulb. I was going to give you money just so I could get on my dvd menu and update it, afterwards buy more movies maybe other things go as well I told you I just got payed. But no this guy behind the counter this wonderful soul basically said youre a waste of time so I will never step foot in this place again nor will I spend my hard earned money there while some guy thinks he has the right to say its not good enough to spend there basically

About 10 years ago or so, I wandered in this Pawn shop. Not being in one before- I didnt know what to expect. To my pleasant surprise, it was a great adventure and amazing find. The clerks were nice and willing to help me. They answered my questions from pawning something of mine, to buying an item and making sure it worked to my satisfaction before I left the store. Needless to say- I am a very happy repeat customer. They made sure I understood the difference between REAL value of an item and SENTIMENTAL value. No one can match the sentimental price of a family heirloom- they can only count the gold and diamond weight- so dont get upset or pitch a fit. If you find yourself in that situation- just remember to pay your monthly installments and pick the item up when it becomes due. I have gotten jewelry, tvs, tools, electronics and dvds and am still enjoying them. Respect them and they will bend over backwards to help you. I LOVE this store!!! Now I follow North Dallas Pawn on facebook to get their DEAL OF THE DAY-such big savings! Check em out!!!!

This place pawned my drills on 3 different occasions and everything was fine. They had no problem doing it whatsoever. The next to.e I went in I was in a very bad position financially bc my dad had passed and I had to take off work plus spend all my funds on getting home and back. When I got home, I barely had enough gas to get to the pawn shop. When I got there they refused to pawn the exact same tools I had previously pawned with them bc they had a name on them that had been there every time. Not to mention I had always picked them up in less than a week. They left me in a position where I had no money in a city where I know nobody and out of gas in their parking lot. These people have zero human decency even. If youre smart youll never go here. If I couldve given them no stars I would have. They dont even deserve one star.

I recently went there to try to pawn some of my items. The store isnt in very good condition, and has a weird smell like mildew and old trash, but thats not the main issue. My issue is with the customer service. The two employees did speak to me when i walked through the door, but its seems as if thats all they knew how to do. The one employee that "helped" me out was impatient, uncaring, and unknowledgeable about what i wanted to pawn. Also, Im not sure if shes the manager or not, but there was a big, mean looking lady sitting in the corner behind the counter listening to our whole conversation, as if she was watching and waiting to see if the guy who waited on me would even dare give me a good deal, or give me good customer service. SMH!

Dont waste your time even stepping into this Pawn shop!!!! I have gave them business before bought a laptop, speakers, dvds. When I ask for a small $100 loan on a $459 belt they wanna low ball and offer me $75 this isnt the first time either. The white older lady that works there has the worst customer service I have ever seen. She doesnt know how to run a business and know how to satisfy customers. I found a pawn shop off of belt line called regent pawn shop they offered $130 for the belt I gladly accepted it plus they are funny and friendly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY DO NOT DESERVE BUNCH OF LOW BALLING CROOKS.

Racist My child was harassed by the pawn shop worker for standing in front of subway after making her purchase and waiting for me to pick her up after school. What gives these low down person the right to say anything to a 12 year old child at another business. What motive would she have besides race to take the time to walk outside to have words with a child. There were 2 adult males that look to be loitering that she said not one word to. I am tired of these businesses that put up rude signs that say things like 2 students at a time or are rude to minority neighborhood children.
