I decided to go to this pawn shop to pawn my car stereo. After reviewing thier website, I thought I would give it a chance...I walked in with my stereo in hand. Right away the rude lady at the counter made a face and told me they dont take car stereo equipment, thats when the redneck behind the other counter stood up and began to explain how he doesnt take car stereo equipment because of a conflict of interest with his lease and the other car stereo equipment place in the same shopping center. WHAT? A FRIGGING JOKE! as I grabbed my stereo off the counter I stated that it would be wise for them to post that on their website, it would help people wasting their time...of course the ugly redneck just answered "ok, have a great day". Definitely wont go there again, and definitely would not recommend this junk shop to anyone. Oh, dude with the handle bar mustache...the 70s called, they want their mustache back..said they wanted that shirt you had on yesterday too....

Ive been a customer here for 3 years. I mostly work with Davin but have also worked with Chris. These men are very knowledgeable and respectful. They have never been rude to me and have gone or of their way and up and beyond to make sure I get to keep my stuff. They are not out to keep your items. Ive suffered numerous job losses and each time they have been kind and understanding. I will continue to give them my business. They are really good people and for a pawn shop that is saying a lot. The main thing with them is communication. If you keep in touch with them they work with you as much as they can. Communication is always key in any situation. Thank you to you guys here!

If you would like to be treated with respect, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Ive been here three times as well, same thing, immediately when I walked in I was barked at. These guys are extremely rude, and I would avoid any dealings with them. All three of the individuals who were there when I walked in had something cute to say. (I guess they are brothers) started to chime in with rude comments as soon as I hit the door. If you would like to be treated with respect, go somewhere else! and he said the same thing " have a great day!" wich actually means....get lost.

This sorry excuse for a business is EXACTLY what gives this industry a bad name. Thieves and liars to the core. I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing for over a year, patiently returning and being very understanding giving them the benefit of a doubt. But they repeatedly lied to my face and still have not returned my item. They make me sick to my stomach when I think about it. They take advantage of people in a bad way and they are the worst scum on earth

Bought a Marshall JMP-1 preamp here. Found on craigslist the seller, Chris, was very polite and professional. Upon arrival at the store the shop was clean and the employees were polite. I dont often shop at Pawn Shops but this was one I would consider visiting again. Im the type of person if I have a bad experience I make it well known and I dont spend time giving a proper review unless the store had 5 star service.

Theyve always been fair dealing and square with me...no complaints. Bought/sold from them many times. Yeah they probably wont win any personality contests but cmon, theyre pawnbrokers people. If you get over yourself and spend some time talking with them and dont expect white glove service (you are in a pawn shop afterall), youd find theyre decent, reasonable, and knowledgeable people.

I have been doing business with Parkway Jewelry and Loan since 2010 and have bought/sold many things from/to them. Always a pleasing experience. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They greet everyone that comes in the door and offer assistance. Prices are better than most other shops I have been in. They specialize in guitars and firearms. Clean shop. Very cool place.

Will update after speaking with owner !! They are trying to sell my firearm after several time trying to go pay the the firearm , would not except payment from myself or my wife ... when they knew I was out of town working shutdowns ... the owner is a very nice man, but the management needs to be replaced. DO NOT DEAL WITH MANAGEMEMT , ONLY THE OWNER... THEY WILL GET YOU!!

My experience here was greatness!!!!! Just when you think customer service disappeard, not the case here. Came in to fix battery on MK watch,it was done professionaly & quick with an excellent vibe. Bought some collectible knives as well. Recommended for collectible lovers, guitar enthusiasts with a wide range of guitars/amplifiers, & most important,good kind people.

I bought a bass guitar and another time, a case for 6 string guitar from Chris. I really feel that have taken care of me. They seem open and honest about the things they sell and promptly answered any questions I had. This may seem trivial but when they say $50.00 that is including any TAX. Great job guys.

I have been shopping at this pawn shop for four to five years the staff is very friendly, the store is clean and Ive seen trouble customers come through the doors and the staff has always have patience with them. I have bought several things from them and I have always received a great deal.

I loved working with these guys. Chris was honest and responsive to my texts and communication re: a bass guitar I bought. It was a great purchase and the team there were very professional and clear. I would recommend anyone go and look into what they have in their shop!

They loaned money on my stolen bike the thief that pawned it is in jail and the detectives came to court but the court ruled in favor of this pawn shop now they will not even sell me my own bike back. They buy stolen merchandise do not support criminals!

POOR. I called in and I understand they have policies and procedures they have to adhere to, but they do not listen and EXTREMELY rude on the phone. They interrupt, and have no customer service. Too many pawn shops in the DFW area to deal with jerks.

Went to buy a pistol and I received great service as everyone was very polite and helpful. Special note: a very clean store, very well kept I think they specialize in old electric guitars as they have a lot of old classics.
