It took me a while to decide on this. I was there Saturday during tax free weekend. Well, my kids and husband was with me. I just so happened to park in the front and as we were leaving a fight broke out. It scared my kids and just made my husband and I irate. Come to find out, it was loss prevention that ran out and attacked a customer right next to my vehicle. I was so appalled at the behavior. I have been in retail and have always been taught to never approach a customer in that way because you never know what the customer is capable of. If they stole something, what makes you think they wouldnt be violent in other ways? That whole situation could have been prevented if it was handled differently. Instead, one of the employees were bit by the customer, not knowing what that person could have , one of the guys were thrown on the ground and could have busted his head open. I have decided to escalate this issue because my kids still keep asking questions about it and were terrified of what they were put in the middle of.

I scheduled a hair cut for my son on saturday. I arrived and found out the stylist went home due to a family emergency. No one called me to cancel my appointment. There was another stylist there but she refused to cut my sons hair. The manager rescheduled me the next day and gave me a slight discount... Really it was just the deal of the weekend so it was offered to every customer. Anyway I came the next day and my experienced stylist didnt show up to work. They put me with someone new . It took an hr to cut my 3 year olds hair. she wasnt done yet but my son was getting antsy and it was nap time. His hair was uneven and not the cut we asked for. First and last time I will ever get anything done at that salon

My experience here at jc pennys was great today. I have been here a many of times and had a great experience. As for today it was great the lady that helped me was shazia great person and good at what she does. I was searching for new spring outfits for the spring. I needed help with my correct sizing and finding a shirt and tye. Shazia took her time helping me along with others. If you ever go here ask for shazia she is awesome at her job and a great asset to JC Penny in cypress.

I love the location of this store. It always has nice people who work here. I like going into the Sephora store here and playing in the makeup before shopping. They have centrallly located restraunts nearby and a movie place that make this location awsome.

While I like the store and its merchandise, there are never enough employees working the registers. Its frustrating to see three people behind the counter when theres a line of customers and only one person is working a register

Scheduled for a photo shoot at 10:00 am and was told to be there early. The store dosent even open till 10:00am therefore making us wait 20 minutes with an impatient 4 yr old. It makes for an awesome experience.

Patriot Studio pictures are awesome. I recommend the studio to change their monitors to provide close enough look with picture view in the monitor and printed pictures.

Very very misleading Price signs! Two customers in front of me walk out upset, it felt like bait and switch. The manager said cant you read...we know its missleading.
