Customer service provided by Maggie in this store is something to be desired. I have a Note7. Trying to exchange it before my kids or I get hurt. Called, she told me they were not getting replacement shipments. That only corporate stores were and corporate stores would be able to do the exchange. I went to a corporate store. And they spoke with Maggie that is has to be point of sale. No other store would be able to do my exchange. Maggie proceeded to tell the rep that they infact got in one shipment but still waiting on another shipment. But "not to tell the customer that information"!?!?! I am sorry, when did the CUSTOMER not matter?? Us CUSTOMERS are the reason why she even has a JOB. I would recommend going to any other store rather than this one. Wannamaker may be busy, but well worth the wait and wont get the run around or made to feel like you dont matter at all.

My family recently vistited this store to sign up for AT&T cellular service. While the associates were very friendly, they lied about the monthly bill amount. They gave us a paper quote that stated the bill would be $308.99 minus $75, and verbally told us the bill would be reduced an additional $25, due to a buy one phone get one free promotion. This was completely inaccurate, as our monthly bill is actually $283.99. Friendliness doesnt not make up for the drastic inaccuracies.

Got there as they opened and the man helping me knew what he was doing and got me set up very quickly. He answered all my questions and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes, setting up a new phone and all that goes with it. Very happy with the service here.
