I go to Sonic every Monday Wed and Friday before my dialysis i order jr breakfast barrito no sausage with a small sprite easy ice i am 70 years old i think i should get a senior discount but management says no cause other customers have abused the discount i feel this is unfair to me i am loyal to Sonic the people who take my order know me just by my voice also because of my dialysis your food is the only food i can eat it is the only thing that stays down on me that is my only complaint about Sonic i still go there i live on Sonic i have made friends at Sonic the two i go to are collage park the woodlands before and after dialysis and the other days i go to the sonic closest to my home on 1485 new caney texas sonic is keeping me a live

I ordered a two patty crispy chicken sandwich. The place wasnt even busy, yet it took close to 20 minutes for my order to come out. Then the most disappointing part was the fat that it wasnt even hot... Not going back to this location again.

Staff here goes above and beyond -- If you stay in your car and eat here, theyll come back and check to make sure youre okay, see if you want anything else, etc. And of course, the food... mmmm

Very large order tonight! This is the best place for frozen cherry lime aids! Food is awesome here except they need to put more cheese on the tater tots with cheese! :-) :-) :-) :-)

They are too nice to customers. There would be several occasions that I would send rude ass customers somewhere else to eat. They go above and beyond to please their customers

Ordered 4 "master blast" shakes - hardly had any of the candy mixed in. It looked as if they barely sprinkled it on the top. Spent over $20, very disappointed

We always get drinks here because it is close to where my familys doctors are. The can get busy but I have never had them get an order wrong.

Absolutely terrible. The service is extremely slow. Creates a traffic jam in non rush hours. Really irritating. Hire more staff.
