If I could give 0 or even 0.5 stars, I would!!! RUDEST people Ive interacted with at a Sonic. Worst Sonic Ive ever been to. I had a VERY similar experience as Ann C. I ordered the jalapeño poppers and a cherry limeade! The cherry limeade had to be sent back THREE times because they kept forgetting the extra cherry juice I PAID for, and each time, they took longer and longer to bring it back than the previous. The poppers came LESS than the amount that I paid for, which I didnt realize until I was already back on the road, headed to the doctor appointment I was running late to because of Sonics SLOW and HORRENDOUS service!

Jamarcus came out yelling at us saying they are closed and that he wont serve us even though other cars in the drive through were there getting their food. It was 10:45 pm and they were supposed to be closing at 11 pm. The manager kept saying "we are closed" when we were asking what time they close, he wouldnt give us an exact time. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at any food establishment. They were rude, loud, and inappropriate. They dont take pride in serving their customers, avoid going to this location at all costs.

Ordered the cheeseburger to go (drive thru) and didnt realize until I was down the road - No lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup/mustard. Just a plain cheeseburger! Tasted so bad/boring. I would have turned around and went right back if werent for these stupid feeder roads! SONIC please have your people ask if we want anything on our burger! I assumed it came with everything on it! what a waste of $4.50!!

Sonic is usually a great place for a quick bite or dessert but Ive recently been ripped off. The half price shakes and Ice cream after 8 deal was only applied to one of them, while they skipped over about eight others calling them different names to avoid discount while they are clearly the shakes that were on the menu. I decided to let it go but Ive mistrusted this one ever since

Worst service possible , a black dude (Jamarcus )came out to my car pretending he is the manager saying he will not serve us because he does not feel like and if I have complains to call Melissa . Its not the first time this is happening to sonic location , they lost a customer and Im sure they will lose more , I went next door to McDonald and I was treated great

I just ordered a waffle come from here and the ice cream was great but the fact that trying to get the paper off the cone turned into a 10 minute ordeal was ridiculous. It still didnt come off. I had to rip off the best part of the cone (the bottom) and its like its melted into the cone so I had to throw the rest of it away. Im very dissatisfied with this visit!

The awesome selection of drinks, slushies and shakes keep me coming back. A route 44 Ocean water is my go-to thirst quenching favorite. Only thing is sometimes your food gets made wrong. Understandable for any place of business. Nonetheless when I order an Ultimate Chicken Club & pay for one thats exactly what I plan on getting. Not the regular chicken club

I tried to be marginally healthy and get a chicken sandwich. It was pretty terrible, the lettuce was wilted, the bun was falling apart, and the chicken was tough and chewy. We got onion rings and about half were overcooked and tastelessly crispy. The only reason Im not giving one star is because my husband said his burger was okay.

Speedy service and hot food but not delivered in a bag to carry it home. Glad I had one in the car to pack: chicken strip dinner, a burger, packet of tots, 2 dipping sauces and Rt 44 drink. Guess Im switchng locations because I prefer to drive a little out of my way rather than have to do a juggling Act

The frozen lemonade includes one add-in flavor but they charge you for that add-in and say that the "lemonade" flavor is whats included. None of the other drinks that include one add-in flavor cost more when you choose your 1 add-in. I wont go back because I dont like those type of practices.

Food is usually good here for occasional fast food. Happy hour is great. Theyve messed my order up a couple times but its been a while. They do have tables outside.
