One thing I hate is placing a order, confirming the order but get the wrong thing anyway! I ordered 1/4 sheet cake with Butter cream icing and an additional 2 dozen cupcakes with cream cheese icing because me and my daughters rather eat cream cheese icing. Someone picked the order up for me so when it got to me I tasted the icing on the cupcakes because it looked stiff and dull like butter cream icing and not loose and shiny like cream cheese icing. Low and behold it was butter cream icing! That made me so mad because if it wasnt going to be cream cheese I didnt even need them, the cake was big enough! I called to complain about it and they tried to tell me it was cream cheese. Now I make cream cheese icing so I know how it looks and tastes. The price was supposed to be $69.00 with cream cheese icing but the amount came out to be $64.00. They didnt charge me the extra $5 because they didnt use cream cheese obviously. I dont care about the price I just want what I asked for because I could have had someone else to do the cream cheese cupcakes. Now I guess Ill scrap this icing off and make some cream cheese icing in the small amount of time I have! Dont get me wrong they have the best tasting cakes I just hate being inconvenienced!

My experience on Valentines Day was actually very pleasant. The ladies at the counter were really nice. Being my first time at this establishment I missed out on the pecan teacakes. So I ordered a dozen and would pick them up today. My guy went at 11am and they werent ready and he was told to come back at 1pm. I get up there at 1:20pm and a gentleman working behind the counter assisted me. When I told him I was picking up pecan teacakes he rudely said they didnt make any today. I explained ordering them on 2/14, and he just didnt seem to realize his attitude and how he spoke to the other co-workers was not a good look. Had it not been for the same lady who helped me the previous day and she apologized I would have giv3n them 3 stars. But Im gonna try again tomorrow in hopes them redeeming my experience from today. The sweet potatoes pies were divine.

Thus is a good experience to try however the cakes may taste the same they have good quality the cookies be stuck together it seem like they do a rushing job on the cookies but the cakes r good who ever does the cakes should get the most money to the baker because it seems like the baker tries the best and the hardest to do the work thank u

My best friend had dreams of eloping and I wanted to have a special cake for her special day. I called the ladies at the bakery and they were so accomodating. They were able to create a beautiful wedding cake, moist and delicious, with little notice. The happy couple loved it. Thank you A&K.
