This our local grocery. It is convenient, yet it is not. Be VERY CAREFUL when choosing items off of the shelves. On a constant basis, when I go into the store and choose items such as coffee creamer, yogurt, soup, salad dressing, water, mustard for example, well these items are expired! It gets ridiculous, when you go into a grocery store and all the items on the Shelf have expiration dates, and those dates are six to eight months past the date youre in the store. While all the people that work there during the daytime are generally very nice, including the management, the teenagers that work there in the evening are not so. If your debit card does not work because you accidentally put in the wrong PIN number, for example, immediately out of the young teenage girls mouth is YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS" and they yell it so the whole store can hear. So, am I happy with this store? NO, not really! Do I shop at the store? Yes, only because it is in my town and I dont want to drive 22 miles to the next grocery.

United Supermarkets (I used the one at S. Washington in Amarillo) overdrew my checking account with their standard gas "pre-authorization" charge. I purchased $14.55 worth of gas on my debit card. When my account was declined at my next shopping location, I was embarassed. So I checked my bank account online, not only did I have the $14.55 gas charge, but I also had an additional $74.50 charge that overdrew the account. Apparently, because they arent willing to verify the debit purchase at the point of sale, they issue an additional blanket charge of $74.50 to cover the unverified debit. Once the 14.55 clears, then they withdraw the $74.50 charge from the account. I think thats awfully "white" of them. So, long story short, less than $15.00 bucks of gas entitles United to $90.00 debit out of my account. Up Yours, United...and twice on Sunday! Alan York

never had a bad experience, they send out ads in the mail with sales on food. very helpful. little more expensive than Walmart, but not enough to justify driving. good walking distance from many dormitories at the university

Excellent service! Had problems with an old insurance card and they quickly worked it out. The med prescribed was not available but they solved that quickly as well and saved us a lot of money in the process!

The people in the pharmacy and deli/bakery are really nice... The cashiers are a different story! Extremely rude to me like 90% of the time, make shopping there a very unpleasant experience...

Smaller super market but clean. They employee a ton of high school kids which can be good but can also mean a bunch of kids are just goofing around. I would probably choose Walmart first.

We went during July 4 festivities so I was pretty crowded, but it wasnt as bad going threw the check out lanes as u would have thought. Customer service was good, staff was super friendly.
