Shopping @ HEB again. The usual products available, when theyre not trying to push their brand so much. Seeing that Kerrville is the home of the first HEB, one would think we would have an awesome store, but on the contrary, they just "remodeled" the store. Tearing out the old flooring, only to leave a concrete floor. Which is fine, were it nice and even, but they left it with missing concrete, bumpy in places, where someone could possibly trip. Seems to me the original home of HEB deserves an awesome store. If it werent for the people of Kerrville, HEB wouldnt be where it is today.

HEB has permanently lost me as a customer. I sell guns. I carry a gun. I went to HEB for lunch and didnt see their "invisible" 30.07 sign. A simple announcement over the PA the HEB observes 30.07 and I would have walked out or a proper legal sign (state law says that the sign must be 1 inch tall letters on a contrasting background {white letters do not contrast on glass}, in English and in Spanish {the sign is in English only})... But NO! Gun slapping is calling the cops simply because you see a gun. Public humiliation by being escorted for the building by uniformed officers.

I love the people who work there they are so nice and helpful,going through cancer the workers helped me find good food and also told me how to cook it.The only thing i find that bothers me is that Women who serve food to people have to stand with their backs to a freezer while they serve food with a hot plate in front of them.I stood talking to a server one day and was cold.there has to be a change,maybe if a manager had to do this it would change .Please do something about this .

While there are lots of options, it is so ridiculously overcrowded, you cant get to items you want. Any day of the week. Any time of the day. With prices being as high as they are, it simply isnt worth it, anymore. Sad, because its the only option in town for good produce.

When it comes to HEB this is by far one of my favs. Its has a good mix of products, is clean and easy to get around. Sometimes the customer service is iffy and they occasionally had expired products

The young man that checked me out was more interested in the bagger then me the customer. I had to rerun my card four times. Every upsetting when there is a line behind me.

In late 70s; appreciate when workers help unload our cart - its always full with a $100 bill of fare or higher. Today: no help and my husband sacked along with the cashier.

This is a smaller store and not a super HEB. Product selection is limited and space devoted to product categories is limited. Overall a nice store to shop.
