HEB has made a proactive effort to have health conscience products containing no high fructose corn syrup and other additives/ preserves in food we consume every day. Lots of what is called "organic" food. Healthy ,clean - Meat, dairy, breads, fruit and vegetables. Soaps and detergents. You dont have just one isle of organic the store is packed with healthy delicious choices everywhere.

Great grocery store. Walking in the produce department is amazing. Lots of fruits and vegetable on display. The wines center is very big. Bakery section has fresh bread its tied together via deli. The shopping isles are to narrow. Parking is very nice with a sidewalk in the center.

Growing up the the HEB family in Corpus Christi as a child in the 60s, I have been following their success for years noticing that some HEB stores excelled above the rest. Fredericksburg HEB is one of those. They seem to do well in every area. This is one of their best!

HEB is my first grocery store of choice. I find all kind of fresh fruits and vegetables which my husband George and love to eat. HEB offers reasoble prices., and a variety of meats, delicious breads, cacke, and everything I need, my husband or I ran to our HEB store.

They continue to improve their selection of organic and health store products. The produce section has looked very beautiful lately. Most of the staff is see helpful and personable. They have also an amazing garden selection through spring and summer!!

This HEB isnt that most wonderful one in the company or anything but its an awesome place to stop for supplies on your way to Enchanted Rock. I never have trouble finding a parking spot and the staff have always been helpful.

Gourmet grocery store at Walmart prices. I love their food quality and broad brand selections. Any negative is that they are always super busy....like holiday busy. Maybe need another store in town.

Definitely one of the best small town HEBs. Better produce and selection than youd expect. Just look closely at the meat and dairy, especially in the middle of the week, for freshness.
