Worst krispy kreme. One star because they dl not fix the orders when they mess it up. So I ordered some food on uber eats and I got a azorted dozen. They only got 3 out of the 12 donuts correct. I also ordered chocolate milk and they didnt even care to give that to the courier for uber eats. In frustration, I had to drive all the way back up to the store for them to tell me you have to contact uber for your money back. The management and team members there Are rude as hell. I guarantee because its a franchise they do whatever the hell they want. Im from now on no longer ordering here. Why would I? They suck. There food is like always stale. There unapologetic when they messed up. Save your money and time people. Be smart.

Extremely disappointed! Went through the drive thru and was NEVER acknowledged! They NEVER came on over the speaker so I went to the window and again they NEVER acknowledged me sitting there! They saw me and even walked by several times all the while dealing with customers on the inside but NEVER coming to the window! I sat there for 30 minutes waiting and even calling the store phone and they did not even answer that! Let me say that this was at around 8 pm in the evening so it was not like it was rush hour or anything either!

I am a diabetic and was hungry and not suppose to eat sweets. I was craving a KK donut. Drove 4 5 miles total 10 miles to SOUTH COOPER ST ARLINGTON, TX on Sunday morning July 27, 2008. No chocolat donuts on national donut day 6/2/2017 ........................................and today 6/30/2017 I bought 3 dozens at 9:30 pm they close at 11pm but they just have bad donuts you can compare the chocolat donut is the right size but the Glace not, so suggestions dont go to krispykreme after 7pm becouse this is the donuts that you going to get for normal price even they are not good quality.

My grandmother and I went to get donuts, and the girl that "helped" us showed such poor customer service. Wouldnt smile, spoke loudly and bluntly, and I didnt like how she refused to reply to my grandmother who loves meeting new people and small chit chatting. She just ignored my grandmother and blurted the amount we owed her. Not happy with this at all.

6/29- had a very nice and pleasant experience w/ an "angelic" cashier that went beyond her means to display EXCELLENT customer by giving us two free extreme donuts, although we didnt purchase anything. She also gave my children hats and talked w/ them for a minute about the donut making process. This is a GREAT example of EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My family and I use to love this donut company but this location sucks. More than half of our dozen donuts had uncooked dough and I ordered a strawberry Kreme-filled donut in that dozen but got RASPBERRY which I never ever will order!!!! I hate raspberries! So I was pretty much ripped off. Never going back, waste of my $10.

This place is the best-of-the-best place for doughnuts! I have never tasted doughnuts that can top theirs. We love to visit Krispy Kreme when we have sudden sweet-tooth cravings and of course on the "International Talk Like a Pirate Day," when they give away doughnuts by the dozens if you just dress like a pirate!

Went there on Veterans Day, (2013), and had a pretty good experience. The donuts didnt seem quite as fresh compared to other times Ive been there but they were still good! Dont go for the coffee!! It was watered down, not much in the way of flavour or strength. I would NOT recommend it!

I am sure other previous reviews are true. However, today, everything isnt all buttoned down and not cleaned up. There are 10 tables, and 4 tables have donut parts. The baño wasnt that cleaned either without hand paper. @ 10:59 AM Sunday. Other than that, everything is delish.

Love their donuts! My favorite is the original glazed but today I tried the lemon filled one! OMG!! The filling taste like a lemon cookie. Also a first time, their smooth black coffee. Yummy! Ill definitely come back for this combo!

Love the stuff here! The only downside is some of their staff doesnt seem to understand what the red light means. If I walk in when its on, just assume I want a fresh doughnut. Half the staff there seems to miss this point.

Decent donut shop, has been for over a decade. But with each new ownership the quality standards seem to dip down lower and lower. Customer service is not on par compared to the locally run donut shops.

How do these places keep closing? I have never had a better tasting donut, yet I see all of these mediocre donut shops thriving while Krispy Kremes keep dying out. Please keep Krispy Kreme alive haha.
