Thanks for sticking with us during the closure and renovation!! I have read previous reviews, and yes, they are correct. Mobile orders sometimes outnumber even our café and drive-through orders. In the mornings, especially, they can be 10 to 14 drinks long. Even with two baristas making drinks, it will slow things down. But, we thank you so much for your patience and patronage of our Bedford location. We work as hard as we can to bring you the best customer experience that we can offer and we are very grateful to be your home away from home ☺️

Last week I waited 15 minutes for my mobile order, even after ordering 10 minutes before arriving. Yesterday morning I waited another 15 minutes for my order, while watching people who ordered after I arrived get their orders before me. They did not begin making my drink until I asked. A customer service complaint did no good because, today I waited another 20 minutes! This time when I asked for my drink this is what I received. After already waiting 20 minutes I did not have time to wait for them to fix it.

Definitely the slowest service Ive ever seen in a Starbucks. The women in front of me walked out after the cashier didnt acknowledge her and was having a conversation with 3 other employees. It doesnt take 3 people to figure out one drink. I saw them use two cups AND a sleeve for one drink. Talk about wasteful! I brought in my own cup but the cashier used a sleeve to write my order on. The whole point in bringing my own cup is so you dont waste things. People just dont get it.

Most of the employees are very polite except one. Her name is Ariela (I think that is how you spell it) she was not only rude to the customers shes even terrible to her coworkers. She was yelling at them telling them they were stupid, when my drink was wrong. When she stood there when I gave my order and then she MADE IT. She should not work with people or in the public. Starbucks should look into this problem before they start losing customer and or employees!

Slowest Starbucks ever! Baristas are rude and the customer service sucks! And i hate the parking lot. If you go in the store you will probably get stuck trying to leave due to the location of the drive thru. Will not be visiting this location again. Try the one further up on FM 157 and HWY 183 for better service and better coffee.

This location has horrible customer service. Employees will talk back to you when they screw up. Also nobody knows how to make a simple latte. I will never go there again. Worst coffee shop experience in town. Find another coffee shop if you want to go somewhere that people will respect you.

Spent 15 minutes waiting in line in the Drive Thru only to be turned away because I didnt have change for 100.00. No signs on window or drive thru menu stating they dont take 100.00 bills. Waste of my time. Never had issues at Starbucks in Alliance taking my money.

Worst Starbucks I have ever ever been in. 30 minutes for an Americano. They couldnt find their asses with both hands in a well lit room - seriously - total disorganization, no leadership, horrible horrible horrible - an embarrassment to the brand

Not for sure what the deal was. But I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino with 2 extra pumps of Mocha. OMG it was the most disgusting drink I have had. $6 down the drain. Got back to my side of town. Went to the Clifford location and it was amazing.

I dont understand, when I worked at Starbucks you made the drinks fast in the morning. Now days it looks like they are taking their sweet time. 20 mins to order and get my drink with the inside not even remotely packed. Severely unaporeciative.

I hit the drive thru this morning, and the gentleman working the drive thru exuded positive energy..made me feel great about visiting. I highly suggest the blueberry oatmeal for breakfast..its great! Thanks for the great start to the day! ☺

I come herr often as it is convenient. The employees are generally good but have forgotten my drink order a couple times which is the reason for 4 stars. U have learned to do mobile order 10 min ahead of time and they always have it ready

Bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Primarily small tables, but there is a bar with bar stools that has plenty of electrical strips. Not a great place to meet several people, but good for one-on-one or working/studying.

Our preferred Starbucks on our way to our parents house, out of the 5+ locations we pass. Drinks are strong, and the staff is always perky, especially on Sunday when other coffee shop employees act like they havent had enough coffee yet.

I litterally just waited 45 min for a Grande peppermint mocha that was half full! Worst money I have ever spent! The drink making system was so sloppy, I understand youre a little busy but that doesnt mean you need to be unorganized.

Worst Starbucks experience. The lady at the cashier did not say a word until the total. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte for my mom and it taste like a regular coffee. I got a frappe and all I got was big chunks of ice.

My addiction. Theyve got to change the drive thru line though. Some times waiting out on Airport freeway to get in to the lot is dangerous. Thought with the remodel theyd fix that too but they didnt.

I have been to this Starbucks several times now and every drink they have made was wrong or taste like they used stale coffee. I ordered two drinks off the mobile app and they made those drinks wrong.

The drive through line is a monster in the morning. It even backs up the access road on 183. I get the Vanilla Bean frapp with java chips- tastes like a melted Oreo. Inside is a nice sitting area.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I live the drive thru, pastries am the interior is quaint. It can ire seem crowed and maybe room for about 20 people inside the Starbucks itself.
