I understand that Starbucks gets insanely busy in the mornings but that is not an excuse to get an attitude with the customers. I waited patiently for my coffee (maybe 5-10 minutes as expected) and when the woman at the counter said, "One mocha!" I wasnt sure if she was talking about my drink. Knowing the woman was super busy, I walked up to the counter and politely asked, "Excuse me, is this the grande white chocolate mocha?" The woman gave me a side glance, rolled her eyes, and said, "Yeeaahh." Let me be clear that it wasnt a Im not sure look, it was a Could you be any more incompetent look. Just so I know I wasnt losing my mind I looked around to see if anyone saw what happened and the woman standing at the table behind looked at me like, "Ha, yeah I saw that/I cant believe she did that" and laughed! Not cool Starbucks. Not cool. Theres another location off of Story Rd in Irving and Ill be sure to go there from now on.

Friendly people but its like they dont want you there! They freeze you out and tell you they cant do anything about the AC, which isnt exactly correct, because Ive asked at night and they turn on the heater or turn off the AC. For Christs sakes, its cold outside. Open a window!!! There were seven people in here and none of them took off their coats, sweaters, or scarfs! Seriously, its like 45 degrees under the lobby air ducts! One girl is shivering! She went outside to warm up! They could be saving $1000s by turning off the AC, and they wouldnt be getting this lousy review. :(

This use to be my favorite location. Their dynamics have changed, thus diminishing the quality. The last three caramel macchiatos were made without foam and the caramel drizzle on top, which is my favorite part of this drink. Lately the drive-thru has been incredibly long. It has never taken 15 to 20 minutes to get through, but it seems to be their way of doing things now. The staff is friendly, and have been like family for years. Im perplex by the change in their operation. Im going to miss them.

Just visited this Starbucks. I order one of 2 drinks everytime I go. Today I ordered my venti Caramel Frap with extra caramel drizzle inside the glass and they got it absolutely perfect! A lot of Starbucks are sting with the drizzle but the loaded it down absolutely amazing! I usually do not tip much, but this deserved a well deserved tip! Thank you so much for making my drink absolutely delightful! No I can finish the last part of my work day with my perfect Frap!

I have always (for two years now) really enjoyed the employees at this location. The coffee and tea drinks are always wonderfully created, but today... Jake made a really rough day into something worth writing about!! He created his latest favourite iced coffee drink and I really like it, too. I vote for his drink to be named after him -- Jakes Iced Coffee!! Thank you, Starbucks and Jake, for another way to make my day a happy day!! You ROCK!!

I come here once in a while, but its all the same, I go to the one off of central drive and 183 most of the time. The changing of the crew is needless. Cause it cause problems all the time. POLICE!!!!!!! Great Starbucks, no complaints. The cops prey on the visitors, if you are headed east on the access road, go 40mph UNTIL YOU ARE 100% ON THE ENTRANCE RAMP. The cops pull people over all day just in front of that entrance ramp who are speeding up to merge with traffic. They radar at the top of the hill. Super unfair

This is a disappointing location. Especially the drive thru. Constant mistakes. They cant handle their morning rush. Employees arent your standard "happy" Starbucks barista. Even though this is the closest and most convenient location on my way to work, Im now driving out of my way to stop at another location.

It wud b 4 stars if they got my order right n the blonde "manager" with glasses would, instead of explaining how the drink is made, just make it right in the first place. sorry you were wrong they dont ever leave any big glob of powder on a iced green tea latte Ive never had to ask for it to be shaken

I like this store before because the manager is really good and nice with customer. But right now is the bad customer service because one of the employed is really bad attitude. I will never comeback to this store. Im not cheap customer and always give the tip to the barista.

I have been stopping at this Starbucks for about 3 years years now on my way to work Mon - Fri mornings. The staff has changed in the last year and not quite as good as it was but the new staff seems to be getting better.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. I ordered a salted caramel mocha frappuccino, but they ran out of whip cream, but I still had to pay full price!!! I ordered 2 frappuccinos. Never again to come here.

Great service, clean, nice atmosphere! Road construction is being done on airport fwy, so they have a gravel ditch driveway. Be careful entering and exiting.

Fast and friendly service! Only issue is the limited seating available inside so the drive-thru or takeout are good options here.

Didnt wait long at all, Frappuccino was delicious, and it was easy to get in and out without a traffic jam.
