Its a very classy very artsy coffee café and bakery. The scenery is very nice, theres no stains, theres a little area in the corner thats VERY fancy, the menu is great, and it seems like youre at a homey place with an artsy, jazz or blues, high-quality feel. It truly is redefined. Its somewhat relaxing in a way with the feeling of chill. Its a great place to warm up, have a cup of coffee or maybe a scone, and to relax and check Facebook. However, they also have muffins, quiché, something called "Hot Chocolate Chip", which is a unique style of hot cocoa, and much more to offer. DEFINITELY worth a visit. Plus, they have free wi-fi just like any other coffee shop.

Great coffee made by awesome baristas in a super-cozy atmosphere. Their beans are fresh from Avoca in Fort Worth and they have lots of different brewing methods that you dont see everywhere. Some of their syrups are homemade, like the lavender, which is absolutely delicious (and does not at all taste like potpourri like I was worried about when I first tried it). All the baristas are great people. I have come to completely trust their recommendations as they have never let me down! They are super friendly and its just a really nice atmosphere: cozy and homey and perfect for doing homework or meeting up with friends.

I tried this place while i was in Grapevine today, and got the Iced Chocolate Chip Mocha. It was less than impressive. From what i figured out, correct me if Im wrong, they melted chocolate chips and put it in iced coffee, making the melted chocolate solidify into gritty pieces, leaving an unsatisfactory texture, and definitely not worth the $5 i paid. I will keep closer coffee shops as my go-to places (example, All About Cha). However! The chai latte my sister ordered was good, and the latte art amazing. Wonderful service, as well. Keep it up.

This coffee shop is one of the best places to go to read a book or meet up with a friend. Ive been here plenty of time and have tried several drinks. My all time favorite is the mocha chip hot chocolate! serve in a mug with a handle. Their lattes are served in a mug with a sauce without a handle so you will need two hands to pick up that drink! :D its a unique experience that you will enjoy! I love the big sofas and chairs that they provide. I could spend a day here reading on the big chair!

Cute little spot located in a strip. The nitrous cold brew was absolutely delicious! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I loved the coziness and connected feeling. Great place to work on projects or just get out and see a friendly face and read or chat over good coffee. The parking lot is a bit small but the place is close to a few parks so even if you cant stay theres a few good spots to chill. Cant wait to go back and try some of their secret menu drinks.

Always a great experience for my wife and I on our Saturday morning dates. The staff is so friendly and welcoming to add to the already comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Try the cappuccino with a shot of vanilla or your favorite holiday flavor and you will not be disappointed. The pastries are all locally made and delicious. Our favorite is the berry crumble. Gluten-free? THIS IS YOUR NEW SPOT! Re:defined is officially my new favorite coffee shop in the metroplex. I am also allergic to dairy and they have almond milk! ;) The best is their raw organic sweet bites" which are made with coconut oil and gluten-free, dairy-free. Atmosphere? Talk about the classy (usually jazz playing) little hideaway youre looking for. Upbeat staff and amazing décor and lighting. I love you Re:defined Coffee House! <3

Good: vibe was cool, food was solid, employees were very nice. I can absolutely see the appeal. Bad: expensive food, extremely crowded, and apparently they have certain sections that can be "reserved" by patrons. I realized this when I was (politely) told that the table I was sitting at was reserved for others coming in. Decent spot to go if you can find a seat and dont need it to be super quiet, but not ideal for working or studying.

Do you love coffee ? Then drive by every coffee shop you know and get the best coffee in DFW. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable ,the place is wonderfully designed and is staffed by people who know and love coffee . They also have delightful snacks and a variety of other things which are high quality products. Skip the Starbucks and McDonalds and come get a real cup of coffee while you relax by the fire place.

This little shop is the best third wave coffee shop in northeast Tarrant county. The decor is unique and just invites you to relax for a bit. The general vibe is less pretentious and more approachable than many other third wave coffee shops. As others have noted, finding a place to park and sit can be a challenge. They do have 15 minute parking spots in case you are just looking for something to go.

The Brown Lab

This is by far my favorite coffee shop. The owners literally go OUT of their way to accommodate you. The hipsters are always fun to watch too. Makes for good entertainment. Their drinks are amazing, the community vibe there is tops, and the aesthetic is perfect. GO there. Drink coffee. Thank me later.

Really cool looking place, but didnt get a chance to try the coffee. The cashier ignored us after serving the person infront of us. We approached the counter (we werent that far away) and still no one acknowledged us. After waiting for a couple minutes, we left.

A really cute local coffee shop! Baristas are friendly and will give you recommendations if youre not sure what to order. They have plenty of seating including a couple tables outside. The coffee is served in actually coffee cups which adds to the experience.

This place has been my go to for a quick cup of coffee on my way to work or to spend the afternoon working and studying. The atmosphere is great, all those who work here always seem like they are having a great time! The snacks and coffee are fantastic!

This place is fantastic. Great coffee, great atmosphere, fast service, friendly staff, and blazing no gimmick internet. No problems with VPNing to work at all. 5/5 will continue to consume gallons of coffee from this place. The food is good too!

Chai tea latte is amazing! The staff is always friendly and attentive! I think the people who work here actually like their job and it looks amazing. The feel and visuals of the place is so great that is almost intimidating in a good way! :)

This is such a cool and eclectic coffee shop with delicious hand crafted drinks. they even make some of their own syrups! All their baristas are friendly and not stuck up jerks- which can be rare. I tell people to come here all the time!

Great design and decor, as well as a great atmosphere. Staff was extremely friendly. The loose leaf tea tasted very fresh and was very good overall. I thought it was a bit pricey, but would still rather come here than go to starbucks.

Great coffee (currently using Avoca coffee roasters) and tasty snacks or lunch items as well. Its a quite place for hanging out or meetings. The atmosphere is always nice, clean, and cozy. I have no problems getting work done here!
