I am so disappointed in your grapevine store. The supervisor was very rude and unhelpful. I went to the store to see about getting heart shape donuts for my daughters birthday to take to school and I asked for a dozen plain glazed hearts and a dozen chocolate hearts and they told me I would have to call in and special order them because they do not normaly make the plain glazed. I call in and the supervisor said he would not help me unless I ordered 3 dozen or more that was it and I asked if there was some one else I could talk to he said no he was the supervisor and that was it. Not very friendly nor helpful at all.

Was a supervisor here for over a year, saw EVERYTHING that goes on. I kept the place clean while I was there and can definitely say this place isnt bad. Management and upper management could be 10x better, but that doesnt matter to customers. Would give this place 4 stars but unfortunately theres a wait for the donuts a lot. Quality is great here, and you can be in and out of here in 1 minute if theres no line and you go inside. Ask for extra syrup in your frozen drinks!!!

As soon as we walked in Maria welcomed us and offered a free sample. The sample was a warm, right from the over glazed doughnut. Her welcome and service was as warm as the doughnut. The other folks behind the counter were very nice as well. What a nice memory we have of this visit. Stop in when youre in the area. You wont be sorry.

I drove 90 minutes here round trip to get donuts for my employees for the next morning to find out that their website sucks and has their wrong hours on it. I got their 8 minutes after they closed even though, according to their website, theyre supposed to be open to 11.

managed by an idiot. who the heck runs out of gift cards 2 days before Christmas? after dealing with horrible traffic to get there they informed me they just ran out of gift cards. off to Dunkin Donuts instead and they sell those cards at Walgreens too

I love the doughnuts but its freaking freezing in the restaurant. We were there with family and we couldnt stay, we had to leave and go to Starbucks and sit outside and eat. If youre going to have ir that cold than you should have outdoor seating

GET THEM DONUTS RIGHT OFF THE CONVEYER BELT BABY!!!!! Watch for that Hot and Fresh sign for a piece of heaven......BTW, you get one off the belt for free here. At the Krispy Kreme in Albuquerque they charge you for it. Boooooooo.

The associates here at this location were definitely trained correctly. Good customer service and good consistent food. Hot and ready glazed didnt disappoint, nor did a few of the other varieties we tried. Highly recommended.

This placed was packed the morning of Valentines day. If it is a holiday, make sure you pre-order or prepare to wait. Very Close to a school so i imagine a lot of extra morning traffic
