Used to love going to this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Until recently, I would buy full pizzas or tobacco products, even at off times of night. Tonight, about 3:20am, I found myself stopping by to pick up an 86 cent black&mild, the same price Ive paid for the last 4-6 months. The older gentleman(thats the nice way of saying it), whom was at the counter tried to charge me double, for one. When I refused to buy it, saying that it was a rip-off, he decided to take the the side of hostility. He cursed at me, telling me to leave his f***ing store, or hed call the police. I have never had any issue with the store, but this is the second issue Ive had with this man. He had refused to turn on the ovens at night, not following their 24/7 pizza that they have posted on their window in the front. He is very rude and near impossible to work with from a customers point. Tonight was the final straw and corporate will be hearing of this mans disrespect to loyal customers.

"Jay" was very rude. Tried to change the rules on using the drink app from the way every other employee at every other 7-11 (including thus one) has ever done it. Also the bathroom is always out of order and the floors are always wet and sticky at this location. And the drink station is often out of syrup for the drinks we want. I usually put up with the disgusting atmosphere- I would never buy anything cooked here. It was convenient but this guy tonight pushed me over the edge. Terrible customer service!
