Their are awesome at public relations. They are great listeners. After a conversation with any of them, you walk away with the settling feeling of knowing they care about you-not only as a customer-but also as a friend.

I have been to MANY different vape stores, and NONE can compare to the customer service received here. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of hardware and I love that they make their in-house juice where the customer can watch, I like being able to see whats being put into my juice. These people are fantastic.
