I go to Indy Smoke Time whenever I need a new glass piece, papers, or any other smoking accessory. The people are great and know what they are talking about, even better is that they have the best prices on just about everything. I actually went in on Halloween night with my girlfriend so she could make the switch to a vape instead of smoking cigarettes. The guy that helped us was really helpful and was not worried about brand or how much he could make, it was about getting my girlfriend the most for her money. She left with a great vape and 4 bottles of juice for less than we spent at Low Bobs tabacco and the vape she got was higher quality and hits alot better. I ended up getting a vape also that night and both me and my girlfriend are very happy with what we bought. This will remain my favorite head shop i have been too.

Today we went into Indy Smoke Time for the first time. We drove past and saw the "Holiday Sale" sign and decided to stop in. It was my birthday and we were in route to another smoke shop in the area, and boy were we glad we stopped in! Maxx, was very helpful and knowledgeable of all products we were interested in. We spent about 30 minutes deciding on a waterpipe and a slide. He even threw in a birthday discount! The employee Maxx, showed us several different options, was able to answer all the questions and was enthusiastic throughout. The prices were also very affordable and I think beat anywhere in the city. Needless to say, we are making Indy Smoke Time our go-to smoke shop for all our tobacco needs! Smoke shops need to be more like this one.

Good Location. Great Owner and Employees. Always the best prices. My friend purchased a grav lab unique water pipe and the owner was very knowledgeable of the attachments for it. Just as he is very good about knowing his vaporizer pens for your basic e-cig needs. He and his employees are able to explain the use of the products right down to opening the box and showing you how it functions. --- Little Guys Review 5/5 Best Smoke Shop in Indy , Dont waste your time with the other locations the owner is a great man and puts his whole heart into what he does. I just purchased a product from this store earlier today and the first time that I used it, I broke... so I decided that I would go back in and to see if there was anything that they would be able to do. Well they went out of there way to replace the product for me, free of charge! I do not know the name of the guy, he had long sandy hair, but he was cool af about the whole situation! It wasnt exactly a cheap item either! I would highly recommend these guys! They are the best at what they do and are a great business!

While I enjoy getting my glass from there, it seems like their vaporizers and ecig equipment are all clones, so be careful what you buy there. Ive bought an innokin itazte 3, nautilus mini, and kanger tech pro tank 3 all from there, all clones, all advertised as authentic. It makes me a bit more nervous about my pax I bought there too. Update: bought a grinder there and within 24 hours one of the magnets fell out. Sad thing is, they charged a premium price for this pos. This place is really going downhill.

Been coming here since the early days of the shop opening, and time and time again I have been helped and informed by everyone in the shop. Maxx however has always been the most informative, approachable and non up selling salesman Ive ever met in a tobacco shop. He always gives me exactly what I need and at a price that is to die for. I love Indy Smoke Time! The glass pieces here are extremely good quality and great prices! Johnny is one of the most friendly guys ever! Love going here! Very knowledgeable staff as well! Great selection of everything you may need or want! Ive never had an issue with the quality of glass that is here! Pleae advise that they are glass pieces and if dropped, they will break no matter where you buy them from!! I will always shop at Indy Smoke Time!

Smoke Time is the best head shop in the Broad Ripple/Indy area by a long shot. Every smoking piece and accessory I own has come form Smoke time. Ive visited almost all the others around, and there is no comparison. Johnny and Maxx always cut the best deals, and theyre always fun to do business with. On top of that, theyll be able to answer any questions you have about products; theyre the most knowledgeable and experienced in the market.

I go to Indy Smoke Time for a few reasons. They have a huge selection of shisha and the biggest selection of Fumari that Ive seen in a shop. But besides selection their prices are undoubtedly the lowest Ive seen. And the service is excellent. Max is the man. He goes out of his way to remember your name and make your experience there pretty great. Absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. Id rate it a 10 if I could.

Indy Smoke Time is hands down my favorite place to visit. Run by amazing guys selling amazing products and their always extremely helpful. Everything in their store is at a great price while still keeping good quality. They have anything you could possibly need. From ecigs to water pipes Ive never been disappointed with any of my purchases and they make it a fun welcoming environment. 10/10 best in the business.

Possibly the worst customer & product service ever! majority of the 5 star posts are all fake, as the store owner tried to "bribe" me with $10 glass piece If I wrote a positive review, I told him Id simply give my honest opinion, so here goes, Yes they are "cheap", only because most of what they sell are "cheap" knockoffs, that fall apart soon after you walk out the store. Dont waste your money here.

DONT GO HERE!! I have shopped at every smoke shop here in broad ripple(20 past 4, magic bus...) and this place has to be the worse. For starters, the guys there are just rude, they dont even want to help you! Secondly, majority of their glass pieces are either FAKE or CRACKED! Honestly, this place is a disgrace to the strip. Go to like the Magic bus or any other place down the strip. Go somewhere else!!!

I feel bad for you Ayush Wagle. As we all know that there is a limit for everything. If you cross it. You know things get messy. I think if you cant take care of glass products. dont buy glass or blame someone if you dont know how to use or take care of it. Now KEEP CALM AND START SMOKING IN METAL PIPES if you cant handle glass. I had problem with ecigs and they replaced it for me few time.
