I value a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were more than both. Watch out they can be convincing!! But only because they are usually right!! I went in for a cheap replacement on my dab pen and ended up buying the part plus a whole new pen they got me to purchase and I must say they didnt oversell it. Much better than my old pen. Hella sales people in there!!
