Ok got dishwasher delivered Thursday a day late. 2hr to install. Dishwasher DOA. Was told they will bring out a new one. "In writing" we will can you later.. No call.. Went to store they said no call this number , called number they said no store has to do it. Went Beck to store employee had me talk to someone on phone at store at 12pm said Ill give you a call within two hours. Now 5pm. No call. No working dishwasher. Not happy. Going to uninstall washer and return to store. Charge back to credit card of needed. Gave up a working dishwasher for a paper weight. With a house of six. Not fun being without a dishwasher.

Bought a 80gal 4.7hp air compressor for my repair facility with Home Depot 2 year warranty on the unit. The compressor went out 4 months later and called Home Depot to see if I could get my unit exchanged under the two year warranty. They then expressed that the unit is out of warranty because I used it for commercial use. Very upset because they did not advertise nor explain that policy for the compressor even if it was used it for commercial use. Staff wont help rectify the problem and I recommend anyone to shop elsewhere.

This is a specific review. I have used the paint department to match colors three times. Twice were for old paint in a mobile home (a blue and a beige) and the second for a 10 year old white shade in my home. In all cases I took a chip from the wall for them to match. All three times I was 100% satisfied with the result.

We had some water damage in our kitchen so we were replacing the laminate with tile. Chris was super helpful and helped us pick tile, order it, and get the needed supplies. He went as far as to hold the wet saw we needed for us since it was still on a truck. Great location!

Had to get some notebooks cut for my daughter and her school. Greg from the contractors desk he was very nice and helping me get everything I needed to do the job. I use Home Depot probably five or six times a week. That was the Smyrna Home Depot

Home Depot.. Its okay. Its home depot. Go in, get what you want, get out. If you need assistance, its hard to find someone. But when you do, they typically can get you the correct employee to help you with the project you are working on.

Waited 20 minutes for a forklift driver to load up our stepping stones onto our truck. Had to call customer service twice and it seemed like he didnt know how to drive a forklift.
