5 -3- 2017 Went to pick up a tool box. About 800.00 plus, already spoke with the manager about paying and pulling around back for pick up. Picked up 120.00 in tools I already bought 1400.00 in tool boxes last year, the manager rings a few customers up Ive been there for 35 min. When its my turn to pay she smiles and says im going on break ! And walked off ? I looked at the people behind me and said is she kidding ? Set my tools on the counter along with the price tags and stayed for a min. And 1/2 and left. Nouthin bad to say but how are you going to make sales if you dont sell anything ? ( thats crazy )

Only problem I had was no employees too offer you assistance or to really ask for help. I went too to back of the store where they keep bigger items that you should have assistance getting the item you need. I found what i needed by the item number. Ridiculous isnt it? 0ther then that its a great toy story for men. WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I THINK I COULD GIVE A FIVE STAR RATING. THANK YOU.

I went in one time close to closing, they allowed me to shop and help me fo d what I needed when I asked...they stayed 30 mins past closing waiting on me...made me feel special. Large inventory, great prices, they have some hard to find items, and they will honor coupons. A little money goes a long way. The Pittsburgh brand is a good quality tool IMO.

Store was clean and very organized, employees were very helpful every time I have been there which is often, even at closing time still got excellent service, if you need assistance just ask and they will even help with loading it in your car if needed!!! Will continue to shop there!!!

Dont ask anyone to help you if what you want isnt on the shelf. Thatll just make them mad. Stick to on-line ordering; save yourself the trip and the aggravation.
