I first off want to say I am a very hard person to please and Im very specific on everything I buy. Walking into Smoke Token was very different from any other smoke shop Ive been in. It was very bright clean and organized. All the workers were productively helping people. It was great but there was one employee that stood out like no other. And that was Kristen, she was very professional and knew everything about Ecig I left with full confidence on knowing how to work my new Ecig and I am very excited! She went above and beyond in showing and explaining everything there was to know. I went in only wanting to spend about 60 bucks! I spent 216 bucks all because it felt right with the assistant I was getting from Kristen. It was the best experience ever I will refere her to everyone at work. Thank you so much Kristen and Smoke Token I am a happy customer.

Wow. I dont even know where to begin with this place. A former smoker who quit smoking and then began again as all good and loyal men do, these guys (Ben and Nick) at smoke token revolutionized the way I think about smoking, introduced me to new technologies as well as provided insight about health and cost beneficial practices. If youre in the Nashville area or the southeastern USA and you go to another smoke shop, you be wasting your time. Ben and Nick will always have my support and business moving forward. Those dudes know their business well and really seek to help you find what you need. Best experience.

This is the best smoke shop I have ever been to. Everyone in the store is so incredibly friendly and they alway provide me with the best customer service. No where else gives me the customer service that I get at Smoke Token. Everyone is so knowledgable about all the products to select from. This place has anything you could possibly want from electronic cigarettes to handpipes and waterpipes to hookahs. They have the headiest selection of rigs I have ever seen. I dont go to any other smoke shop and I advise everyone to do the same. This place is the best.

friendly customer service but it seems that most of the pieces there lack in quality. I have bought several pieces from there and have been good quality. Now the water pipes I have bought from there have all fallen apart! thats right not broken or cracked but literally fall apart including one that I bought YESTERDAY! It was only used once and now is completely worthless in less than 24 hours, and it wasnt cheap either..... great location staff is super friendly but it seems that quality isnt what is sold there.

Khristin was absolutely hilarious, informative, and down right enlighting. Between informing my best friend sticky and I on the pens, grinders, vapes, and anything else that came to our minds, she made it humorous and insightful. Educating on us on the true importance of you get what you pay for, and how to take care of your newly minted items. It was my first time in the store and sticky was adamant about brining me here and Im glad we came. I already have my list of items PAX and all.

Went in planning on spending five minutes and stayed over and hour. Beautiful pieces, great atmosphere, and great customer service! I would suggest Steven! Super down to earth and knows what he is talking about. He is the reason we had such a great experience. We will definitely be coming back! Anyone looking for a legit smoke shop head on down to Harding place smoke token! Plus they blow there own glass in shop, so if you are looking for unique pieces as well this is the place!

Smoke Token is amazing. Their prices are very competitive and they always have an awesome table with ridiculous discount merchandise. We bought one of the last Zong brand water pipes larger than 8 for 60% off. We never would have gone for it either but the sales person helping us was very insistent and I cant help but feel like he was helping us out and genuinely cared that we were getting a good piece for a great deal. I highly recommend Smoke Token. They wont screw you over.

When i first entered Smoke token i was blown away at everything they had. I wasnt expecting the large selection of all the things they carried. I was shocked even more with the help i received. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything they have in store. Someone worked personally with me on a vape setup explaining the ins and outs or the product and i was floored with how sincere and thruthful they were. I will keep coming back best head shop in Nashville by far.

Over priced. I bought a vape pen they sold for 160.00. The mouth piece was cracked, so I went to the companys website to check warranty and to register my product. When registering my product online, I seen the suggested retail price showed 99.99. I called the company, they apologized and told me I got taken. Called smoke token and was told I could return back for the difference. When I got there the owner changed his mind and gave me 29.00 back.

Such an awesome experience today at Smoke Token. Both Nick and Josh were incredibly knowledgeable about vapes, tanks and all the other questions we asked. Nick went out of his way to explain things to me in the most basic format, clearly reading that I was not the customer to push the big box mod on. His customer service and people skills were unparalleled today. Great job. Well definitely be back.

Smoke token is probably the best smoke store Ive been in so far. Their prices are wonderful. Customer service is great. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Khristin & Stephen. They were also wonderful helped us the whole way through & they really have some nice stuff there. They never let us down. Plus it smells pretty good.
