This place was actually the very first Vape Shop that I had ever entered. Though the staff are usually very well mannered and knowledgable about their products, they are not always professional. "They", meaning ONE employee, in particular. He is the white guy, with ears gauged, wears bracelets, who is obviously into the rave scene, wearing Phat Pants, and ripped jeans a lot of the time. I have been coming to this establishment for 3 years now, and i have slowly watched him waste away into what appears to be a meth junkie. It is very unfortunate to see him wobbling back and forth and chewing his lip, and pacing. At first he seemed like a very together guy. Now, it makes the customers incredibly uncomfortable to see him in this condition. He obviously has a severe drug problem. A loyal employee does not ALWAYS make a good one. ESPECIALLY in this case. Your products, prices, and other employees are great. Get rid of the problem where it stands... and get him to seek help, asap.

The first time and every time since I have been to the Burnt Smoke & Vape Shop on Myatt Dr in Madison, TN every employee has been very helpful and has taken the time to show me any product I request with a great attitude and willingness that is rare in other stores these days. The employees and owner are very friendly and try to make each experience you have with them pleasant. The prices are more reasonable than other vape shops as I have made a point to shop around for the best products and prices and they are in my top 2 vape shops that I frequent. I know they will be around for a long time because they always put the customer first and try to find different way, such as their point system, to have you coming back again and again. Thanks for continuing to strive for excellence, it definitely shows!

I purchased an e-cigarette with a charger and battery for a little over $100. The salesman had sold me a battery that was incompatible with the unit. I returned the next day to exchange the incompatible battery. The store clerk told me they dont offer refunds or exchanges and dont even carry the appropriate battery. I explained that I had not picked out the battery and trusted the salesman to be knowledgable enough about the product to sell the proper accessories. The clerk called the store manager and told me he would not refund my money. Given the huge markup on batteries and the fact I shelled out over $100 for my purchase, Im extremely disappointed in their customer service. I would not recommend this store, merely for their no exchange/refunds policy.

Horrible and terrible so called temporary employee that plainly said we are closing in 15 min and if we were interested in vape products she couldnt help us because she was there temporary we said ok and were trying to read flavors on bottles from far away at this point 2 customers came in and didnt tell them she was closing and all this blah blah stuff she told us ...then she then moved her purse (close to where vape liquid were and to far from our reach) like if we were some type of criminal at that point we said you know what lets just go elsewhere!!! If there was a 0 star rating thats how I would rate this place I dont understand this type of customer service I hope you find employees that are nice and attentive!

I love this smoke shop! They have everything I needed and more. I got an awesome American made, hand blown chillum and I LOVE my Lotus Omega baby mod, for my baby clouds lol. Nonetheless, the owner is an amazing guy and this is definately my go-to shop for all my vape and glass needs. Very good prices indeed!!

WENT TO THIS SHOP WHILE I WAS BORED AT THE HOTEL AND BOUGHT AN E CIG OUT OF CURIOUSITY. THE GENTLEMEN AT THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT AND AFTER I LEFT I FOUND THAT HIS PRICES COULD NOT BE MATCHED ANYWHERE. I CANT WAIT TO I AM CLOSE AGAIN I WILL DEFINITIELY STOP IN.
