Great selection of cigars and hookah products at some of the best prices I have seen around town. However, that alone is not why I rated this 5 stars. The secret to this stores success is the owner and the exceptional customer experience he consistently provides on every visit. Freddie immediately impressed me by how he takes the time to get to know his customers. On my 2nd visit to the store he remembered me by name, this is customer service that rarely exists these days. I highly recommend for you to stop by and check it out for yourselves.

Our Vape battery went bad last night. We were in a very bad way, I went to 3 other shops and none of them could help me. I called, described our unit and Freddy said to come by he had several batteries for our unit. He sure had several and recommended one that worked great this afternoon. A great experience every time I go in. Honest sales, not worried about bashing competition like other places (I hate hearing that in retail). They guide me with explanation only if I want it. Even over heard how they go out of their way to personally pick up the tobacco so it can be kept moist. Who else will do that? Keep it up guys. Thanks for taking good care of Middleburg.

Hard to find places like this anymore. I asked the owner to carry my hard to find cigar brand for me, three days later it was on top shelf in his humidor, he also gave me his personal cell for anything else I need. If thats not five-star service, then what is folks. Love this place

This store is constantly updating with new selections. The vape flavors are terrific. His glass selection is only matched by his knowledge of it all. If he owns it in his store you can believe hes researched it and can tell you anything you need to know about it.

I bring my grandma to this smoke shop all the time, she gets her rolling tobacco from them. She is obsessed with them, the owner treats her like a queen, he literally carries her brand just for her. The place is really clean, I strongly recommend this smokes hop.
