I buy my juice @ Kiss Vapor Coils @ community vape Mothers day 2017 .Less than 1 week ago I bought a nautilus 2 tank at the Smyrna store within a few days the tank was leaking out the holes so I took it back they told me I had the wrong ohm coil in it then they told me to buy 3 more 1.8 ohm coils and a fancy little wrench to open the tank with the following day May 12th 2017 it was leaking again so they swap me out for the Nautilus Mini tank on the 14th of May Mothers Day 2017 the tank would continue to flood and went through all of my coils and how my juice was pouring out I have bought my juice from Kiss vapor for over 3 years now I figured the Smyrna store was the problem so I went to the Murfreesboro store they cleaned out the bottom of the mini tank put a new coil in it and test it amongst themselves and had me tested as well and it was not leaking they sent me on my way and told me that next time at least they think its because I buy my juice somewhere else and then my juice is thinner my juice is the same consistency as theres its a 70/30 mix the guy with red hair tried to blame it on his vapor and said hes had several tanks come back due to juice purchased at vapor Ive been called before I came the way I am being treated I hope no one else spends any more money here as well they put down my other store that I buy my juice from and I have been buying coils and tanks from Sapphire for over a year now and Im still on my way with broken material but Im told I have a 30 day warranty for a manufacture defect if its flooding out brand new coils why do I have to keep coming up here wasting my time wasting my gas and wasting my own juice to be put down about my juice clearly the tank is having a problem I dont know what to call it today two tanks 7 coils and one week and I get nothing but sit on my way telling me my juice is the problem the 30 day warranty meant nothing then

juice is always meh. im used to premium brands and have NEVER liked the flavor at saffire. HOWEVER, they are the only store in town that opens before 10am, the customer service is always great, and i have a rewards program with them, so i still do buisness there whenever i need to get up early. wont EVER buy their juice again,unless im mixing it with another flavor to make it last longer, but the shop is worth the visit, and its always well kept. Might go look at their hardware sometime soon. Great people, good store, good prices, and a rewards program. so 4 stars in my opinion

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and fun to talk to. Ive been vaping 2 years and I buy enough fluid to last me awhile. So every time I go in theres a whole new display case full of new equipment and features. Its really refreshing not being pressured into upgrading every few months. My relics still work great but whenever I do want to splurge I will spend my money here. The only cons apply to all vapor stores with their new regulations on no longer giving regular customers free bottle incentives.

This is hands down the best vape shop in town. Service is excellent, product is excellent, prices are on point. Any of the staff members that have ever helped me have been very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a good experience each time I visit. Ask for Devin or Steven they will definitely take care if you!

This is the best e-juice in town. I tried two other stores and nothing compares. I didnt like the wait at Saffire, but now I understand why there is one. Their prices are very competitive and the juice always tastes fresh and smooth, even the cheapest one they offer is better than premium from the other stores.

Me and my family live 45 mins away and we come all the way down here to shop here. Staff is amazing always helpful. My mom smoked for 30 years and because of the help with this store and staff she has been quit smoking for 2 years. We will not shop at any other store.

Went in there to buy some juices. How are you supposed to sample if you dont know what kind of flavor it is if you have 12mg of nicotine? I smoke with no nicotine and 4mg at the most.
