Its okay, but there is a kinda short guy who always wears hats that works there and he overcharges on everything even if it has a price tag. Id try to talk to the store manager about it but since its a headshop there is no way to really to do that. Today, 8/29/14, there was a sign on the door that said they are open from 11am to 9pm. They were closed till 3 bc the guy didnt show

Horrible customer service, the employees are disrespectful and lied to me about pricing. Then switched the tag from one piece onto the one i wanted so i would pay more. When i questioned him on the pricing and the short change he gave me, he told me to just leave. I asked for a my money back on the spot and he would not give it back. I will never be back to that horrible place

Everyone knows Wild Side is the best head shop in btown. I am more impressed with 420s rolling paper and pipe cleaner sections, but the glass at Wild Side is second to none. The employees are chill, very informative, and always have reggae or ska playing. Ive never had a negative experience at Wild Side, and I cant imagine how anyone possibly could.

Awful experience. One of the water pipes I paid $75 for literally broke in my hand 5 days after purchase and they would not swap pipes. My roommate bought the same one the same day and his only made it 3 days. Quality is not there. Go to 420 or buy one on a trusted website. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is seriously the coolest. I love tie dye t-shirts and this is a great place to find them. Best staff ever. Only one Ill go to 420 female staff member i talked to in Aug of 2017 is so rude and awful, I cant believe she has a job.
