Was very displeased with this store for multiple reasons. I will start by saying the girl working there was very withdrawn an anti social, and seemed too busy humming to the music playing in the store to be able to converse with me much at all. Also, the condition of this store is the worst Ive seen from any headshop. Very small place where things are awkwardly set-up, and the floor is just a dirty cracked slab of concrete (no rugs or tiles or anything) Aside from that, the prices were wayyy too high. I actually saw the exact pieces in there I saw online (a bowl being sold for $40 was the exact one I got on Amazon for $10, and I would imagine its even cheaper from the Chinese dealer) Overall, these are my issues *Very unappealing atmosphere (physical condition was poor) *Music was not contoured towards smokers of any form (was mainstream pop music) *Employees are anti.social, and not very friendly *Prices for cheap (Chinese made) pieces were extremely high *Did not get idd. Not that that bothered me much, but it goes to show how unprofessional they are. I came here to examine the sites of the area, and am sure that I have no interest in ever returning to this place again. Very unpleasant experience.

DON"T EVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!! The only good thing about this store is the little yorkie terrier running around. The owner has the WORST customer service. She up sold me on a product that I paid after tax $96. I should have known to leave when she had an attitude about not taking credit cards. Well the product didnt work, so I went back up there for a store exchange. She was extremely difficult and nasty. I told her I would have never bought this product had she not sold me on it. Her reply, "My works great." So I ask to speak to her manager thinking that a manager would never say to an unhappy customer basically sorry about your luck but mines great. Then she tells me that shes the owner. Shame shame shame on that woman! She knew this was on her but she didnt want to deal with it. Thats what I get for trying to help local shops in the area. I could have bought the same product after tax on line for $65. Lesson learned!!! This store is just bad energy!!

Bought a Gpro pen from them. Get home and it wasnt working right. Go online to see a video tutorial and it looked off from the one in the tutorial. Did some research and contacted Grenco and Grenco VERIFIED it was a fake. Harry headys gave me the run around about returning it. All i asked was return my money or order me a real one. They said no. So i contacted law enforcment. Now they said since i filed police report and contacted Grenco about it they wont give me my money back and sale is final. GRENCO CASE NUMBER #278800

I was here the week of July 15 while on vacation. I was weary because of other reviews. I had excellent service! My group was accepted with open arms and happiness. Only by chance did I get a beautiful unique piece on sale. I first caught site of it because the guy handled it. I purchased a few things and we inquired about the piece we saw him with but no longer could find. He had just moved it to the cheaper case since it was replaced by a new item it was now discounted!! Lucky break but I still loved the service.

great lil store!! lots of cool toys glass, huge collection of papers as well and very friendly and helpful!! i read the negative review and have to say i did have a problem with my e-vape i bought and the lady working upgraded the until at no charge. as for paying to much if you dont know what something is worth you should research it. im sure they are there to make money.its not ebay... also i went there 3 times never seen a dog. and they still do not accept credit cards.

They completely suck ass.Rude people and owner who sells water pipes and pieces for double their price from China and half of them do not work right but yet he states "no refunds". Best part about this place Is THEY DONT ID. They break so many laws and you can tell when you walk in all over the place . Very very crappy peices and prices literally just drive 10 min down the road to MR . KITES.

Best smoke shop on the coast! Friendly service, knows their stuff, and overall best pieces Ive seen. Custom glass, and namebrand glass. Going in here is like a candy shop for smokers.
