My family and I went for cookies tonight and were very disappointed in the service that we received. We went at 7:30 and they had already started to close down the store, when the actual closing time is at 9pm. The chairs were on top of the table so my family and I had to put them down so we would have somewhere to sit. When we asked to purchase coffee they said they "didnt have any". Then I reminded them that it was on their menu and one of the employees said "well weve ready started cleaning up, so we arent serving it anymore". It was 7:40 at the time, so I said oh ok Im sorry do you close at 8? Her response was "no, we close at 9, but if we waited to clean everything then we would never get out of here". This was NOT a good family experience.

The Cookie Store was closed for 7 weeks! They are now open next to ULTA. The lady behind the counter said they just opened friday 5/26/2017 .The Gelato is so yummy. I love the new location. Such a great vibe and they have dog friendly outdoor seating. She gave me a brochure that has everything they do, on the front it had their Instagram so I gave them a follow. They have so much stuff! I had a coupon for a free mini cookie and my friend didnt but they gave her a free mini cookie anyways which was great. We ended up getting some coffee and pretzel bites which were amazing and I would definitely go back!
