My husband and I got a new band for my wedding ring from this location and have had many problems. My stone is marquise & we got a rose gold band with a halo. The diamond has come loose many times and even fell out once. We have only had the ring since June. When the diamond fell out and then was repaired, it was loose again in 12 hours. The staff is very unhelpful & we feel they do not treat customers with care. I would advise individuals to take their business elsewhere.

staff too busy talking about their dates to help customers. I ended up leaving and making a much larger purchase at a locally owned jewelry store on the same property because of how welcoming and inviting the store and the people there were. Kay has lost a customer and I will continue my business with the other local store.

Be very wary of them even if your a well established customer. They use bate and switch tactics and check the website before you buy in store. They seem tol charge one price online and different in the store.
