Went in for a dark roast and the barista says that they only have Pike brewed. No problem I say then ask if they can do a dark roast pour over. She says no, we dont have the scoop for the coffee. I can see the pour over cup behind her...Scoop for coffee or not, this should not have stopped her from doing a pour over. Cmon people... I am @ a Starbucks after all!

Americano was good but store was dirty. Garbage overflowed the outside can, bathroom floors (men and womens) were covered with litter, counters were dirty, half and half pitcher was empty, service was slow and it wasnt even busy (3:30 pm). Barristers were sullen. Store management appears to be sorely lacking.

I usually order through the app and go into the storr to pick it up. There are a couple good staff members. The rest are horrible. They will flat out ignore you as they play on their phones or mess with each other. They are constantly out of items. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks around our area.

There were fruit flys in the pastry case...ugh. The bathroom was wet, not especially dirty, just pooled water all over. I accidentally knocked 1/3 of a TP roll into the toilet, while horrified, I flushed out of panic. The toilet took it down without even trying, and saving the star count from less.

One star for walking in to order a breakfast sandwich and to sit and watch half a dozen of the same breakfast sandwiches get handed out to other patrons behind me in line until I spoke up. Oddly enough, when I spoke up, the next one was for me...

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I enjoyed spending some time here working on my laptop. The only [small] complaint I have is that my drink wasnt mixed very well, so I had to stir it. (Not a big deal.) All in all, this is a great Starbucks!

No hazelnut and the drinks were terrible. We waited for 3 drinks for 15 minutes and they werent busy. Went back the next morning to see if things were better since we couldnt find another coffee shop, and our drinks were thrown away.

My favorite Starbucks! Such a gem to have in Manchester. Megan is my favorite barista. She knows us "regulars" and greets us by name as we enter as she starts our favorite drink. Great staff all around!! Class act.
