Not impressed...Sunday morning I figured I would get up bright and early and finally give a shot at this Krispy Kreme place everyone told me I had to try. Well, I order a dozen; 6 of which are raspberry filled glazed and the other 6 Chocolate custard fill. When i got home, I bit into my first raspberry and was pleasantly gifted with a lot of jelly and was a great first experience, but then tragedy struck. I bit into a chocolate custard fill, but...no custard. The hole was there, but no filling...Figuring a fluke, I bit into another Raspberry. To my horror, no jelly in that one either!!! By this time I got a Knife and started dismembering doughnuts left and right trying to find the sweet blood inside, NONE...None at all! the rest of my 11 doughnuts had no filling!!!! therefore, Krispy Kreme has committed a heinous crime of delectable proportions and I have lost any interest in the franchise. Good first impressions indeed....

Went here around 5pm with my two year old son so he could how they are made. But when we got in there only two staff members where working and there was at least four standing around and when we asked if we could get a hot batch of donuts we got told no because there fryer was on timed setting then when ask if they could at least heat them they said no because there oven was being used at the time and did wait to have us wait if I could I would have gave them a half a star

Every time we come to this location, they are either out of everything or they didnt make that kind today (that kind being chocolate glazed, nothing out of the ordinary) this is the sixth time Ive been here when they were out of and would be out of glazed all day. They have the doughnuts made up under the glass but when you ask about those, they say they are over a week old. I will not make another special trip to town for Krispy Kreme. Very disappointing

My husband and I have been here on several occasions. Every time we have been , hasnt been very pleasant. The young lady thats always working drive thur is rude, and if you want apple fritters or blueberry donuts after 8 oclock, 9x out of 10 theyre already out. Were taking our business back to the ONE and ONLY Ralphs! ❤

Staff are sweet, friendly and quick with the services. The place is always clean and spots in the parking lot plentiful. Ill be coming here many times next time Im in Cookeville. Last thing Ill say is that Ive only had Dunkin donuts in the past but this place has converted me. Love my Krispy!

Had coupon for a free dozen and when I tried to use it they said they couldnt use it at that location. No problem Ill just use my points for a free coffee, but no there app was down to. Dissapinted is a understatement!!!!!

It WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. This dumb lady mixed up all our food. At first she forgot all our drinks. Then we have doughnuts we didnt order and we are missing some we did order. She needs to be fired.

Reasonably priced donuts, exceptional Mocha Lattes and friendly service makes this a great place for someone with a sweet tooth. Look for the "HOT" sign and make sure to join the rewards club!

Doughnuts are awesome!!! We seen the big red hot doughnut sign lit up!!! Heavenly!!! The staff is incredible!!! We love our new Krispy Kreme....and they really clean the place good too!!!

Disappointing. Was here at 1 and they evidently dont make fresh donuts until 6 at night. They seemed less fresh than buying them in the grocery store. Was not worth the calories

The donuts smelled and tasted awful. I dont know if the oil was rancid or just old. Very disappointing product. Doesnt deserve one star.
