I worked at Starbucks for 3 years and our store was 3x busier than this one. Usually, I have a good experience with customer service and friendliness. However, today was not thier best. where I ordered online and was at the store in 10 minutes and saw my order sitting on the counter while I waited for them to acknowledge me. The lady who usually acknowedges me lately is newer and she is on drive thru and cannot hand me my items. The other employees who are the usuals were too involved in their tasks to notice customers that had online orders. I am not a picky customer, but having to ask for my order that is ready and sitting getting cold while no one asks if ive been helped isnt good service. Please remember those good service practices that I know you are all capable of :)

Ive gone to this Starbucks three times. The first time my drink was fine, however the next two horrible! The second time the barista made me a white mocha when my cup said latte macchiato. When I asked her to correct it she made me a cappuccino. My entire finger went into the cup it was all foam. The third and finally time I noticed two of the girls on bar where wearing LONG earrings and kept touching them. Gross! Youre making peoples drinks do not touch yourself. Oh it got better she kept steaming milk without cleaning her wand. I will not be going back no thank you. Not even for a brewed coffee due to them not brewing it fresh every 30 minutes. The taste was awful!

Ive visited this location over half a dozen times and every time its the same awful service. The baristas ignore you for upwards to ten minutes before taking your order, they rarely get drink orders correct, and they have the slowest drive thru that I have ever been through. You know service is bad when you wait at the register for ten minutes and not one of the three employees takes your order and then you pull out your phone and have to order your coffee online just to get it ordered so youre not late for work. Do yourself a favor and dont visit this place, save your money and time and visit somewhere that cares about its customers.

I frequent this location almost every evening before work.. I dont normally write reviews but there is an employee ..Blake that has to be recognized for his exceptional customer service skills and most of all seems to be the best coffee maker you have ..he goes above and beyond what is expected making the customer feel like you are not putting them out of their way or just handing them your product with no customer contact hats off to you Blake!!!

I go to Starbucks more than I care to mention. Love their seasonal and lighter options. They are generally very friendly, though Ive had a few less-than-positive experiences with a few of their high school aged staff. Expect to wait a while in drive through lines. Overall, if you are thinking of swinging in off of the interstate for a treat, I would definitely encourage you to do so.

Super friendly staff! My flat white was provided quickly and was perfect. However, cleanliness could have been better. Discarded trash was left on tables the whole time during my hour-long visit. The trash bin in the womens restroom was overflowing with paper towels that then littered the floor.

Horrible service. Driving through from Cincy to Indy. I was the only customer in store and waited 15 min for latte. When I asked, they said, "oh, what did you order? I dont know where it is?" Really??? They made it quickly, but the fact that I wasnt even addressed while standing so long.

Rude and unfriendly staff. Have been there 3 times and same results from the staff of different people each time. Their job is to fix your drink and they act like you are bothering them. Looking for another Starbucks on my route I can access with better service and staff.

The manager rolled her eyes and ughhed at me when I told her my drink was incorrect. I didnt even believe it was the manager until I asked an associate. Also the cashier on the register was nearly comatose and didnt greet a single person who walked up to the counter .

Staff handles orders politely and professionally. A major plus: this location still offers a cozy nook to hangout in, unlike many others that opted to sacrifice comfort for expanded prepackaged food offerings. The WiFi connection proved iffy at best.
