We were going to meet and have some hot chocolates after our girls volunteered at Conner Prairie, however this Starbuckd closed at 9 which is fine as the one by our house on the other end of 116th St by 69 is open later. While in the parking lot changing cars and chatting with friends to go elsewhere the man working came out and yelled at us to move our cars. We were blocking no one at 9:20 in their lot. Will never patron this one again! What is wrong with rude employees yelling at 45 year old adults and their 13 year old girls?!?!

I stopped in this Starbucks today to grab a cup of coffee and snack with the intention of staying awhile to work on my laptop. While the coffee (Sumatra) and iced lemon pound cake were very good and the barrista was quick and friendly, the place was freezing cold and awful music was blaring. The barrista did adjust the A/C after I asked her to, but the music was so loud that it was impossible to work. I left before even finishing my coffee.

An amazing building! Starbucks chose to emulate the stately brick Italianate style of the historic Eller House just to its west. And probably spend a good deal of money in doing so. Its (unusual and) so nice to see that Starbucks made such an effort to fit their new building into its surroundings when building it. A beautiful Starbucks location!

The drive thru here is a disaster during the morning rush hour. The line ends up blocking the entry/exit to their parking lot. Especially frustrating when dealing with people who havent had their coffee yet. The staff are friendly and Ive never had an issue with my orders from here

This place is a nightmare when drive through traffic gets backed up. The staff have been somewhat rude here. As if Im interrupting them or putting them out by asking them to take my money for a cup of drip coffee. To be honest, I wish there was a local coffee shop in this area.

Ordered my drink, was given the usual "Ill be happy to make that" spiel & told to pull forward. Waited in line and when finally got to window, the cashier then advises they are out of peppermint. But he didnt know this when I ordered? Very annoying.

Rebecca at Allisonville/116th Starbucks is awesome! She took my order with a smile, made it perfectly, and was so happy to quickly and efficiently serve all other customers. You can tell she is good at her job and Starbucks is lucky to have her.

Recently visited this location twice this past week, each time an important client. Starbucks locations can be hit or miss for client meetings, but the atmosphere and staff here makes it a "go-to" for my meetings now :)

This Starbucks has the SLOWEST internet connection of any starbucks Ive ever been to. Please check out your wifi service and upgrade to a package that can handle multiple people being on the internet at once. So Slow.
