This is my favorite coffee place in Montgomery. All the baristas know my name and my order, and theyve always been very friendly and accommodating. They keep it very clean and well staffed, so even when theyre busy you dont have to wait too long. There are four leather chairs that are *super* comfy for long study/reading/knitting sessions; Im just surprised my favorite one doesnt have my permanent butt print in it yet! I could practically live here, so you may as well give it a visit! Edit: I just want to add, I recently overhead two off-shift baristas gossiping about their boss. They were saying how much they appreciate how she treats them and respect her for all the hard work she does to make this store the best it can be. Seriously, at how many chain restaurants do you think the employees chat about how much they like their boss? I know for a *fact* no one says that sort of thing about the owners of Cafe Louisa - quite the opposite, actually. (I dont do it on purpose, maybe its because Im quiet, but I somehow manage to overhear a lot of conversations like this) Sometimes local isnt better.

Okay so I came to a Starbucks location in the middle of Crenshaw and I walked in and I couldnt believe how big and beautiful and clean the Starbucks was. They even have a little station for ice water. The two Baristas that I encountered happened to be the friendliest that I have met in about a year or two living in LA. Being around busy Starbucks in Hollywood and West Hollywood, you get used to being around people that are slightly agitated and not friendly. It was refreshing to be around kind and engaging people. The girls smile (Starbucks employee) made me feel a little fuzzy, as the Christmas music played softly in the background.

Im not the biggest Starbucks coffee fan, and tended to avoid them in every other city Ive lived in. Most Starbucks are always pack and everyone is rude, staff and customers alike. That being said you should know that this location is different though they stay busy I have never encountered one rude person. And because of that reason I keep coming back

Great customer service and understanding from the supervisor or manager that was on duty. They had run put of the breakfast sandwich that I wanted with my mobile order. She offered great suggestions to give me something comparable. A+ attitude as well. Always a pleasant experience when I visit this location. Amazing staff.

Dont come here if youre black or Latino the staff is VERY racist, youll get very poor service once they do eventually decide to serve you and you have to monitor them preparing your food and drinks...DO NOT go to this location

Reliable Starbucks. Serves Reserve coffe, but the staffs knowledge about the coffee profiles is limited to what is on the outside of the bag. If you have questions about the coffee, youll have to do your own researcg.
