The coffee was fine, but the service was terrible. First, when my wife and daughters were deciding what to order, the cashier apparently thought we were taking too long and walked away to the back. We heard her say "taking their sweet time" as she walked back. After she returned and took our order, they forgot to make my wifes pumpkin spice latte. Once they realized this, and finished making it a few minutes later, the drive thru person slammed a cup in front of my wife and loudly said "one decaf cinnamon dolce latte" there was no one else waiting for a drink, so we were confused. After we asked if anyone was making a pumpkin spice latte the entire staff looked at my wife and said, "its in front of you". They said that the girl working drive thru was talking thru her headset to a drive thru customer when she said "one decaf cinnamon latte". This group has a lot to learn about customer service. Needless to say, we will not return to this Starbucks, and we strongly encourage readers of this review to avoid this location as well.

Stopped here a few times on road trips. (We plan road trips via sbux) Today we placed a food and coffee order as usual and a couple of minutes after paying, we were Informed that a portion of our order was unavailable or rather, was still frozen. The gentleman helping us, Chris, was very accommodating and apologetic. He offered a refund or alternate selection and I picked up a product which turned out to be more than the original purchase. As I went to return it Chris said it was no trouble and I should keep it. It was a lovely gesture considering how set I was on the original purchase. ..Happy customer.. The pour over coffee is delicious and the overall aesthetic is pleasing with a comfortable feel. Great store!

Not so great service, we had to wait ten minutes for a simple coffee 12 minutes for a simple watered down ice tea. If youre a coffee place, donut place, chicken place, or whatever place.... Have that whatever thing done at all times. There isnt an inticipation that people might be buying coffee all day long? The excuse we "just ran out" should never happen, there should always be another pot brewing if the pot you have is almost empty. Just saying....

I love this Starbucks. I try to always tip when I stop by. They are efficient and the frap I always order never disappoints! Ive never had a problem with staff ever! Whoever management is they do a GREAT job hiring compitant employees! Tbh this one is my favorite. Close to home, efficient timing, yummy treats for me and friends when the mood hits, what more could a woman ask for?!

I study in this Starbucks several times a week and the employees there, sereiously, could not be friendlier. I could write a nice review about the drinks too, but everybody knows what the coffee tastes like. The service and environment at this Starbucks is what makes it so great.

Fast, friendly and efficient staff. Always a pleasure to come in here. A difficult customer was in and they treated her like a queen despite her less than pleasant attitude. They didnt even blink an eye or talk about her once she was gone. Classy staff!

Staff is warm. Service is efficient. Surroundings is good. Getting a bag of beans ground is off- the grinds dont seem to be accurate-erring on too coarse. For some reason, there is not adequate flavor from recent brews. Thanks for the Lebanon location!

Good clean relaxed not crowded arrangements of furniture like some in atlanta ga. Nice and relaxed was able to study and enjoy my Chai tea! The architecture in this one is nice I like it! Stars for that as well!

Gears service. I really wish Starbucks still used the wax pens to write the order on the cup. Those labels are so impersonal and the make a mess when attached to a iced drink in the summer time.
